Warm and comfortable stay.

Nice aparthotel in a quiet Munich neighbourhood. We stayed for 3-4 days in June 2023, yes it's a late review but we remember our warm and comfortable stay so very much. The kitchenette was sufficiently equipped for a small family and a convenience store on the ground floor is good for daily needs. And 8 minutes walk to the metro station.

Good budget hotel

Adagio Access is reasonably well located, an 8 minute walk to the Subway and then a 15 minute ride to Munich centre. The Apartments were well equipped with all that we needed for a short stay and cooking if required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big bonus was free Coffee during the day and a supply of Buns and Croissants after breakfast. The only negative was that the Airconditioning was kept at 27 degrees - which was extremely uncomfortable. Could open the windows as we were then disturbed by the trains running on the track nearby. Finally had to borrow a fan after on sleepless night. If not for this I would have given a full 10 score.

Our standard temperature is typically set lower than 27 degrees, and we offer additional fans or portable heating upon request at our 24-hour reception. Regarding the noise from nearby trains, we understand how this could affect your rest. For future visits, we recommend our courtyard-facing rooms, which tend to be quieter. Nonetheless, it's wonderful to hear that you appreciated our friendly and helpful staff. We take pride in our team's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction. The complimentary coffee throughout the day and the provision of buns and croissants after breakfast are services we're glad you enjoyed. These are part of our efforts to enhance our guests' experience beyond the standard amenities. We would be delighted to welcome you back for an improved experience in the future. Daha önce Paris'te yaşadığımız deneyim sonrası Münih'te de ilk tercihimiz Adagio oldu. Bu sefer Access sınıfı bir otel olması sebebiyle diye tahmin ediyorum, yatakların katlanır olmasından dolayı odalarda yastık ve ekstra yorgan ihtiyacı duyduk. Resepsiyonetimiz Lorena bütün taleplerimizi hızla yerine getirdi. Bir dahaki konaklamamızda da tercihimiz Adagio olacak...

Room equipped with kitchen and dining set made it convenient for family trip. The service was excellent, the staff was so friendly. Got upgraded as All members made my stay so impressed. Will come back next time!
