İlgi alaka için teşekkür ederim ama odalarda terlik olmaması kabul edilebilir değil! Novotel deyiz nasıl terlik hizmeti olmuyor ben anlamıyorum. Buz gibi bir hava gece üşüdük. Klima ısıtmıyor sadece soğutuyor. Gittiler ısıtıcı getirdiler de o şekilde ısınabildik.

Karşılamada cok iyiydi, ismini şuan hatırlayamıyorum özür dilerim fakat Bosna hersek vatandaşı resepsiyonist çok yardımseverdi, bütün bilgileri eksiksiz verdi. Bu ikinci konaklamam, sadece biraz daha odalarda yenilemeye ihtiyacınız var.
