Otel şehir merkezine uzaktı ve banyolar yenilenmişti ancak yatak ve odaların yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Kahvaltıyı beğenmedim çeşit çok azdı.Resepsiyon görevlisi rezervasyon yaptırdığım oda yerine başka bir tip oda verdi. İtiraz etmem üzerine oda değişikliği yaptı.

Genel olarak oda geniş. Bize zemin kat verdiler ama arka taraftaki kapı her açıldığında kapanırken yüksek ses çıkartıyordu. Odada buz dolabı yoktu. Banyoda duşakabin olsa daha iyi olur. Aile için uygun bir otel. Ama şehir merkezine çok yakın değil. Metrodan indikten sonra ya otobüse bineceksin yada 1 km yol yürümek gerekiyor.

İlgi alaka için teşekkür ederim ama odalarda terlik olmaması kabul edilebilir değil! Novotel deyiz nasıl terlik hizmeti olmuyor ben anlamıyorum. Buz gibi bir hava gece üşüdük. Klima ısıtmıyor sadece soğutuyor. Gittiler ısıtıcı getirdiler de o şekilde ısınabildik.
