Nice aparthotel in a quiet Munich neighbourhood. We stayed for 3-4 days in June 2023, yes it's a late review but we remember our warm and comfortable stay so very much. The kitchenette was sufficiently equipped for a small family and a convenience store on the ground floor is good for daily needs. And 8 minutes walk to the metro station.

Adagio Access is reasonably well located, an 8 minute walk to the Subway and then a 15 minute ride to Munich centre. The Apartments were well equipped with all that we needed for a short stay and cooking if required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big bonus was free Coffee during the day and a supply of Buns and Croissants after breakfast. The only negative was that the Airconditioning was kept at 27 degrees - which was extremely uncomfortable. Could open the windows as we were then disturbed by the trains running on the track nearby. Finally had to borrow a fan after on sleepless night. If not for this I would have given a full 10 score.

Our standard temperature is typically set lower than 27 degrees, and we offer additional fans or portable heating upon request at our 24-hour reception. Regarding the noise from nearby trains, we understand how this could affect your rest. For future visits, we recommend our courtyard-facing rooms, which tend to be quieter. Nonetheless, it's wonderful to hear that you appreciated our friendly and helpful staff. We take pride in our team's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction. The complimentary coffee throughout the day and the provision of buns and croissants after breakfast are services we're glad you enjoyed. Room equipped with kitchen and dining set made it convenient for family trip. The service was excellent, the staff was so friendly. Got upgraded as All members made my stay so impressed. Will come back next time!

Modern-Ikea-minimalistic style,conveniently situated hotel is definitely overpriced.We stayed for two nights and left near 4 in the morning.Our suite was cleaned after previous clients,but probably it was long before our arrival.The impression was of unclean and badly kept property:oily stains on cupboards after somebody's hands, mold in the shower cabin and shower cabin's door that was leaking water on the bathroom door during every shower...Air condition that worked 24 hours a day but the minimum we received was of 26 centigrade.Overpriced parking for 16 EURO aday...

Very nice apartment which has everything you need. Our apartment nr. 116 was bigger than we expected. Enough space for the whole family. Possibility to have four separate sleeping places. The kitchen is well equipped: microwave, kettle, coffee maker, electric stove, refrigerator, all needed pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for 4 persons. Bathroom is very big also. Only 4-5 min walk from the metro station. Quiet place. Coffee / tea / cacao in lobby. Luggage store possibility. Special thanks for free early check in at 11.00 o'clock!!!
