Thank you very much for taking the time to share the details of your experience with us. We sincerely regret that certain aspects of the bathroom in your room did not meet your expectations and, particularly, that these issues affected your comfort during your stay. We take your comments regarding the shower floor, drainage, and fluctuations in water temperature very seriously. We fully understand how unpleasant this must have been, especially while traveling with your daughter. We will share your observations with our Maintenance and Operations teams so that these aspects can be thoroughly reviewed and the appropriate measures taken. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, as well as giving our team the opportunity to offer you a room change.
