i stay here for more than one week. the service is good, room environment is clean and convenient. Mr. Baskaran Saraswathai mani,kakali give me a good service and guide. The restaruant food is good, and room service is good. i will come back again when i visit Chennai

My profession is factory management. I have many cooperative manufacturers in Chennai such as Foxconn and TAMT. I often have to audit various factories. In May this year, I had an emergency and had to check out of the hotel 2 days early (8:00 am). They insisted that I pay for one more day because I impacted their revenue, otherwise they would not be allowed to leave. It was the first time I saw a hotel using this excuse to force charges. The money was nothing, but the experience was terrible. I will never dare to step into a hotel like this again in my life. Moreover, the food in this hotel is poor, and the service attitude of the front desk supervisor is particularly poor. 我職業是工廠管理，在清奈有許多合作廠商如Foxconn，TAMT，我常常要去審計各個工廠，今年五月我有個緊急事件要於早上提前2天退房（早上8：00），酒店堅持要我多付一天的費用，理由是我影響了他們營收，不給錢不許走，我第一次見有旅館用這個理由強收費用，這點錢沒什麼但體驗太差。我這輩子再也不敢踏入這種旅館了。並且這旅館吃的也差，櫃檯主管服務態度尤其差。

We understand that being asked to pay for the full duration of your stay when you needed to leave early would have been frustrating. Our policy requires guests to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of an early departure to avoid additional charges. This policy helps us manage our bookings and ensure room availability for our guests. However, we recognize that emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and we should have handled the situation with more empathy and flexibility. Additionally, I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the food and the service attitude of our front desk supervisor. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and I assure you that we are taking steps to address these issues. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you in the future. Hotel is in a great location with excellent service from staff, Ms Sunita Anju and lepcha communication throughout stay. Room was great with all facilities. Good food choice at breakfast with attention from staff for any request. Overall an outstanding hotel. Read less

Ms sunita was excellent in breakfast operation in Food exchange he was so much knowledgeable in the breakfast operation and in dinner give me Indian food Thankyou so much specially Ms sunita she helping my family everytime. Pleasant hotel nice views the hospitality good. The excellent customer service further complemented the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly 'attentive and professional making me feel welcome.
