We thoroughly enjoyed the stay here at the property and loved the hospitality. Top notch service and room was in perfect condition. The food was great and loved the chef's special menu. Every thing is good here , Thankyou Debopriya for the sweets I miss seeing the lady in saree if I not sure of name if correct piyaka she was so graceful I use to come to sipcot leaving Omr for her hospitality and to greet her Ibis should have staff like her, Kudos to the hotel ,

I recently visited the Taj Club House and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. The hotel itself is impressive, with its elegant decor and serene atmosphere. However, what truly made my visit special was the service provided by your team.I’d like to specifically mention Rihana and Yusuf, who were both incredibly helpful during my stay. Rihana’s friendly and professional approach made the check-in process seamless, and she was always available to assist with any questions I had. Yusuf was equally outstanding, offering detailed guidance that made navigating the hotel and its amenities effortless.Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience is commendable and truly sets the Taj Club House apart. I left feeling well taken care of, and I will certainly consider returning in the future.Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service.

!!! Most fabulous uncomfortable stay!! Hi internet, Trust on a brand is always a foolish thing ever,My stay was thankfully for two nights only and I had a beautiful sleepless nights. Check in : I was assisted by a beautiful lady Ms.Krishna did a express check-in which took only 45 mins,offered a room in 6th floor #617. Housekeeping: 1st night requested for a extra water tumbler and I got a reply from the housekeeping guy that " hotel is full and we don't have extra glass" . Cleanliness: Most for the surface tops are super dusty and specially cupboards are beautifully layered with dust and unfortunately I placed my black bag which turned white underneath. *Hot water has timings so when you visit please take hot water shower only in the morning between 7-9am. *AC by mistake is replaced with central fans which only maintains temperature 24C and u feel like sleeping under stars specially in Chennai. Room service:Its sooo awkward to come down and plates and spoons to your room and at one point you feel like your are in accor group hostels . Standing at elevator with 3 plates three spoons and forks. At the end thank you so much team OYO sorry accor hotels for a memorable and non returnable experience. Phani A
