모든 직원들의 친절함에 감사했고, 일요일 저녁인데도 일사분란하게 야간 매니저의 지시에 따른것을 보고, 이호텔 직원은 고객 서비스에 충분하게 숙련되었다 느끼고 이토록 웃을 잊지 않고 친절함을, 고객에게 전한것에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. - 본인이 인턴이라며, 소개하며 친절히 안내 받았고 - 인턴 본인이 처리 불가한 것을 야간 메니져를 데려와서 처리하겠다며 즈 조치한 사례 - 매일 아침, 저녁으로 식당 직원들의 친절함과 깔끔하고 맛있는 음식을 접한경험, 또한 이번에 인도 전통 음식을 충분하게 대접받았다 - 잊지못할 감사함은, 다음 비행일정이 다음날 저녁 8시였는데, 일정 변경을 위해 1시간 넘게 시도 하면서 어려움이 발생그되었습니다. 고민 끝에 로비에 Mr. Aaron 메지져께로 갔었다. 확실하게 변경을 도와주셨고, Change add fee계산할때 본인이 인터넷 ,OTP 확인이 실패하고 다음 문제가 발생될때, 본인의 카드로 additional fee를 지불해 주셨다.. 금액이 크고 작은 것을 따라, 상대방이 접한 음급함을 먼저 처리해 주는 귀사 직원 서비스 정신에 감사하며, 어쩔수 없이 난, ACCOR 평생 해원될것을 약속드립니다. 귀사 직원들의 감사와 친절에 한번더 감사드립니다
