인도의 숙박업소 중 객실 관리 등이 상위에 속함. 그럼에도 불구하고 가격이 5~6만원대이다. 가성비가 좋은 편이다. 엘리베이터도 카드가 있어야 사용할 수 있어서 보안이 좋은 편. 단, 카드가 1개여서 2명이 숙박시 같이 움직여야 한다. 아니면 카운터에 요청해야 함. 방이 큰 편은 아니지만 구성은 다 갖추고 있다. 에어컨, 냉장고, WIFI, 금고, TV(소형), 헤어드라이기... 물을 유리병에 준다. 큰 병에 3병 이상 줘서 넉넉하다. 아주 마음에 드는 부분. 샤워부스는 작은 편. 이건 약간 불만이었슴. 조식은 가성비가 좋은 편이 아님. 작은 부페식인데, 한국인이 먹을 만한 것은 몇 개없다. 커피 머신에서 카페라떼 뽑아서, 망고, 토스트와 같이 일주일간 먹었다. 가끔 닭고기(인도식 닭볶음탕 같은)도 먹음. 인도에 다시 갈 일은 없겠지만, 이 근처에 간다면 묶을 만 하다.

매우 불쾌한 호텔, 자기들이 판매한 상품에 대한 인지 및 직원들 간 공유가 전혀 안되는 독특한 호텔.

직원들이 개인 QR코드와 이름표를 들고 다니면서 지속적으로 좋은 평가를 남겨 달라고 요구함. 비지니스 미팅 중에 요구하는 직원이 있어 지금 손님이 있으니 나중에 오라고 얘기 했다. 그 후 매우 불친절하게 행동함. 장기 출장으로 인해 방 2개를 각각 약 12일 간 사용하면서 20~30%이상의 비싼 요금을 들여 세탁 서비스와 룸서비스를 신청하였지만, 반영되지 않았고, 체크 아웃 시 불만을 얘기하며 서비스 받지 못한 내용에 대한 할인 및 환불을 요구 했으나, 다음 방문 시에 더 잘해 주겠다(다음 방문 후 호텔 식사 시에 20%할인)는 매우 불쾌한 조건을 제시 하였음. 해외 출장이 잦아서 IBIS호텔과 Mercury 호텔을 자주 이용합니다. Ibis Chennai OMR 같이 매우 불쾌했던 경험은 처음 입니다.
