This is my first time in this hotel. The room is verry clear, i like the smell when im arrived in lobby. The breakfast is verry nice, i like chicken porridge and "jamu" I will come again next time.. bisous 🥰

We are used to MGallery standards, and this hotel does not meet the generally high standard of this brand. The hotel is worn-out and needs a renovation in all areas. The staff was generally friendly. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Staying here was a pleasure, especially the breakfast. Although the food options aren't extensive, they're all delicious. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I’m really pleasure with the hospitality, especially assist by Ms Juwita at Restaurant. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Solo.

My review is informed by my personal preference for modern accommodations and furnishings. I fully appreciate the Japanese style and beauty of the hotel but it just doesn't give me the relaxed and comfortable feeling I require from a 5 star hotel. The service is wonderful and the front desk are very friendly and professional particularly Kinza and Era. The breakfast has a huge amount of variety but sadly not many wins. The location is convenient and the hotel is probably the best in Solo. I have just been really spoilt with my five star hotel experiences. Also the hotel does have poor air conditioning so it can be an issue if you are heat sensitive.
