The room service are great, there were some water problem on the wastafel but the staff was really helpful. When i needed to print some documents, the hotel staff helped us and gave free charge of it. What a really great hotel hospitality!!!!

This hotel is located in the heart of Solo. The staff are very kind and helpful. I like this hotel and I would like to suggest to improve the garden. More trees and flowers are needed to give better green environment.

Stayed here for a Nite before heading to Semarang - 1st time here - wonderful hotel so traditional - we ve been greeted by Cik Fitri & the team - polite & humble - should try the jamu it is a must and everything is near your vicinity! The live band / Nite street busking are entertaining n the singers are pro !

One of the comfort and cozy place A lot of good facility, I love the fitness center, a lot of tools here. Good service as well, especially at resto Ms. Felicia really well serve to the guest. She asking in details and give the feedback realy fast with always smile. Room was very good and clean The place also near to everywhere
