Had an amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful, the room was perfect for our stay. The staff are absolutely incredible and very helpful, especially Duy Van who went out of his way each day to help my mother! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed 4 nights in the lovely Hotel Des Arts Saigon. The concierge team including Ben and Andrew were a highlight. The recommendations we received from them for restaurants, activities and sightseeing were so helpful and greatly enhanced our enjoyment of this beautiful city! Surrounded by loud night clubs!

Had booked an executive level room, and was assigned one on the 20th floor. Upon arriving, there was very loud club noise- DJ shouting into a microphone and loud music. The hotel had earplugs with a note stating that it "usually quiets down by 10:45". Phoned down to reception that this was not acceptable for an executive level room. It was a Thursday night and im sure would only be worse on the weekend. The manager said there were no other rooms for the night, but could move me tomorrow to a room on another side. He said the noise was coming from another hotels night club. I checked out and found a much quieter room for a peaceful stay elsewhere. Both my taxi driver and bellman said the nightclub at Hotel Des Ates is currently one of the most popular in the city. My friend who stayed on the 8th floor had a quiet first night, after that no sleep friday and saturday due to night club noise. If you want to be with the "in" crowd and party, stay here. If you want a peaceful night sleep go elsewhere!

We are actively exploring long-term soundproofing solutions, including enhanced window insulation, to better support guests who prefer a more tranquil stay.
