Terrific hotel, get the second room discount for the kids, very close to everything, very luxurious, great value! The service was also 5 star. Our concierge Diep Anh went out of her way to help us navigate the unique local rules and regulations in Ho Chi Minh as we needed a copy of a birth certificate for my wife who left the country 30 years ago. Stay here!

This hotel experience was amazing- 1) location is central to city highlights & easy walking distance to attractions 2) staff are attentive 3) hotel is beautifully appointed 4) rooms are luxurious & the beds are very comfortable 5) claw foot tub is gorgeous 6) meals, especially breakfast had a phenomenal selection & options of food choices!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. From the lobby to the rooftop, from the room to the infinity pool, the jaw drops. The executive studio suite was a dream to enjoy and it left no stone unturned. It checked all of the boxes and I still think about the bed often. If I could describe the room with two words, I would choose spacious and decadent. The executive lounge perk is an understated bonus. Most people come here for the social club and pool, however, it's worth highlighting the degree of tailored service you receive with executive lounge privileges. The whole executive lounge experience felt bespoke. I was sent up to the lounge on the 22nd floor for a more privatized reception experience and was also offered late check-out. During the breakfast, high tea, and cocktail services, the staff were all top notch. Here, they strive to make you feel special and the exclusive breakfast menu left nothing to be desired, order as many dishes as you'd like. I would like to offer special thanks to Uyen for helping me make my last day in HCMC a luxurious one, and to the rest of the staff for being rockstars. I'm definitely coming back.

Your staff is one of the most professional. Your Front Desk staff Ngoc Chau is very courteous who can always make our stay comfort and takes the feedback about the stay at all the times which is most important in the hospitality. Rooftop Bar is the place to spend time at night, good vibe and well-priced cocktails menu. We’ve stayed here few times and we are always happy with the service. Keep up the good work and we will see you next time we are in HCM city.

Overall a nice stay at the Hotel des Arts in Saigon. Room was impeccably clean, and housekeeping came to clean my room twice a day as requested. Sunset from the rooftop was very pleasant, didn’t get an opportunity to try out the pool. Restaurant on 23rd floor is good but it does not have any Vietnamese options - very European centric menu. As a solo traveler, the bathroom did not bother me but I could see how this is problematic for a couple as the doors are simply thin glass and there is no real barrier between bathroom and bedroom. The staff kindly upgraded me to a corner room on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view, and noise from the concert space / party area across the street settled down by 23h. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom products! If it hadn’t been for the extremely excessive deposit charge upon arrival (18,000,000 dong for a two night stay which cost 9,850,000 dong in total for the room) would have been without fault.
