Jason at the Novotel Saigon provided truly exceptional concierge service during my stay. He was incredibly helpful with restaurant and food recommendations, suggesting excellent local spots as well as great options nearby. Jason also gave thoughtful advice on tourist attractions and helped arrange transportation, making everything smooth and stress-free.
