This is a lively centrally based city hotel in what is a must see city .. the staff were obliging and so very helpful going out of their way to be of service which is what we have found in Vietnam so far.. the rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed with amenities would expect. Breakfast was beyond what we expected and again staff polite and attentive. Would recommend for a city stay in this crazy vibrant city which we loved and in District 1 being centrally located for the sights

We were stay there around 2 night 13 to 15 July 2025. We were very impressive to stay there , I forgot which floor we have stayed. Service was good and cozy, I got surprised and delighted when I was going back to the room there are ballon's with word happy birthday to me and giving some birthday cake which was u expected. Even lobby hotel not to big but an ambience when we came it is instagram able

Vietnamese taste very good here, we try something new from the suggestion of lovely staff Mr.Si and Mr. Anh. The taste of the food went well with special cocktail. The music at the restaurant is cool and easy listening.

Im currently staying at the Pullan HCMC and want to specifically commend the duty manager NGUYEN HO ANH HUY for his outstanding service. He was proactive, professional, and made us feel incredibly welcome. As a Gold member, I value consistent, high-quality service, and Huy exceeded all expectations. He is a primary reason why I continue to choose Accor hotels. The executive lounge is smaller then other executive lounges Ive stayed at and we preferred the main breakfast because of the variety of both western and asian food. I especially loved the salty coffee. Thank you for a memorable stay

We booked for the central location and were there for the last leg of our trip so wanted to spoil ourselves so choose an executive room so we also had lounge access which we made use of on a few occasions. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for us, and a special mention for “Monica” who bought a birthday cake to the room for me – thank you!
