The bar staff were amazing and couldn't be more friendly and were so helpful. Hotel was great and room clean including shower. Bed was also very comfy. Gutted didnt have breakfast as I expect that would have been fabtastic also. Thank you for a great stay

Regular visitors and on the ACCOR points scheme Lovely hotel, especially with upgrade to the rooms with panoramic river view Very efficient and friendly check in and auto checkout as usual BUT BUT BUT Very disappointed with the bar 1) Couldn't charge drinks to room......same in the restaurant, this despite your having card details for check out etc 2) Refused to serve us an Espresso Martini as it was just after 10 PM, told it was COMPANY POLICY but they could serve us with other drinks.......THIS IS PATENTLY RIDICULOUS, The ingredients do not disappear at 10PM ......your policy should be to keep your customers happy, not annoy them with petty regulations and ruin what had been a very nice evening The bar was empty by the way so no excuses, the barman was quite obstructive, not exactly rude but just repeating NOT COMPANY POLICY ( NOT my favourite phrase) 3) You completely ran out of PERNOD, SAMBUCA, TANQUERAY GIN .....no effort to replace for the following night.....perhaps this is company policy also This is not the bar experience we would expect in a top flight hotel I have rated the whole stay as one star as this really spoiled our break, without it you would have had five I have reviewed the excellent restaurant separately

My daughter and I have just stayed at the Pullman as we were going to a concert in the M&S Auditorium next door. The vicinity to the venue is perfect and was literally a 2 minute walk which was welcome considering Storm Daragh was wreaking havoc! The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and the rooms were wow. We had a room on the top floor which looked out towards the wheel which was amazing. Bathroom was lush and the waterfall shower fab. Now for the negatives, it was just the finishing touches really. For £210 for the night I would have expected a more generous choice with the beverages in the room and I think the pizza my daughter had delivered to the room was a Chicago Town one, tasty but at £17 we were expecting something more…. We wanted room service breakfast, just a small thing but no pen to fill it in. It was delivered on time but there was no clean cups for tea and no spoon to eat the cereal. Just mentioning this as not to complain as it’s hardly anything to complain about but just constructive feedback for management to take on board….. Ohh and then there was the 0230am fire alarm and subsequent full evacuation but that was hardly the hotel’s fault, I’m assuming because when we checked our breakfast was free so I’m guessing this was an apology for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay again but perhaps wouldn’t eat there.

Stayed for 2 nights mid week. The location is excellent with a short 15 min walk to the centre of the city. Very comfortable rooms and the service was 5 star. In particular, Tarik was exceptional - many thanks for your hospitality it was much appreciated.

We all had a wonderful experience staying at the Pullman Liverpool. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, had a great night's sleep. The restaurant food was first class and very reasonable prices. The waiting on staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We then went to the lounge area for drinks. Very happily surprised to see a pianist, who played and sang for us all night. He also did many requests for the other guests. We ended our stay with a lovely breakfast to send us on our way. All in all it was a great experience, staying at the Pullman Liverpool. Will definitely return. Thank you to all the great staff who made our stay a lovely one.
