Great location. First rate service and attentive staff. Everyone was so friendly. Free Mini bar was a nice touch especially coming back after a long day of meetings. I appreciated that Tarik asked which items I liked best. Great hotel for business trips.

Brilliant hotel but more than anything it’s the staff fab xx As a disabled traveller, it’s incredibly difficult but the kindness,help & the humour from your team was brilliant, have to shout out TARIK- above & beyond, every day he checked in was ok

I stayed over the weekend for comic con and I enjoyed this hotel so much. The breakfast was to die for compliments to the chefs on duty. The young gentleman Tarik was very helpful pleasant and always on hand for help also Paul was very friendly service with a smile thank you both. The hotel was very clean, modern and was nice to see how busy it was.

We arrived Friday 25th October, for 3 night stay 4th visit this year. Warm welcome from baz on reception staff amazing, Paul Josh marion sammy Paige and ronnie. Always made to feel like home from home, room amazing loved the strawberries and cake on arrival made the room even more special. Very professional staff especially Josh when he was inundated by guests on the Sunday morning, also marion and sammy looked after us at the bar thank you, looking forward to returning for new year. Thank you again from patsy and Allan.

A massive thank you to Matt the lovely man at reception I have difficulty with my walking and I had been to comic con next door I was having difficulty in getting a taxi back to the train station and it was only a quick job for him but it meant the world to me he probably saved my day thanks again ....
