Having never stayed at the Pullman before and being from Liverpool I decided to book a stay with my wife after a busy Christmas. The staff were very friendly and made a real effort to make us feel welcome upon arrival. The rooms were excellent, very spacious and we had a great view of the Albert Dock. We decided to dine in the restaurant and were very impressed with the service and speed of the food coming out. We rated the food very highly one of the best meals we have had in a long time and very good value, We ordered a Steak and Chicken dish along with sides and wine, all for less than £100. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of choice and was very tasty, again service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, very close to parking and everything you need in Liverpool. Massive thanks to Sarah Louise-Kelly and the whole team at the Pullman.

We stayed on New Year’s Eve, and the man on the front desk who checked us in was lovely and we got let into the room early (all of staff were very friendly throughout our stay). However, the room was quite warm despite the air con always being on cool settings, the room wasn’t overally big and there was only one robe, the lighting is not the best and the bar area food is quite overpriced. We paid £9 for fries with some bacon on, and they came with this quite gross pink sauce all over them. A small glass of apple juice (half filled with ice) was also £3. Overall, the staff were lovely and location and view is great! But wouldn’t rush back.

Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. The staff are excellent and always welcoming. We’ve stayed here many times and have consistently had great experiences. Breakfast is good — some days better than others — but there’s a good choice and a relaxed atmosphere. One small suggestion would be to ensure a dress code at breakfast, as we did notice the odd guest in pyjamas. Our room on the 8th floor was clean, exceptionally quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only minor issue was the air-con/fan, which wasn’t quite right and made the room feel very dry and slightly uncomfortable to sleep. That said, we had a fabulous two-night stay, as always.

On arrival the hotel is beautiful. Bar and reception lounge have a chilled atmosphere. Fast check in with all staff very friendly. I booked a Superior king room with river view. Room itself was very clean and had plenty bathroom essentials and tea making facilities. The only disappointment was the view is advertised as river view but ours was more the roof of the arena and big wheel. Room service was lovely. Breakfast in the restaurant was also really nice. Lots of choice,staff lovely and very clean. Definitely one of my favourite city hotels

Stayed one night with my wife, daughter and he boyfriend when we attended the Jan 1st Liverpool Premier League game. All in all, good experience. Hotel is well located very close to a nice area full of bars and restaurants, what allows for a short walk to have a meal if needed. Room is nice, clean, well equipped. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We had dinner at the hotel lounge bar after the football game (being Jan 1ts, many nearby restaurants were closed after 9PM so we had to eat at the hotel) and even basic bar-food, it was ok. Burgers, pizza and soup all good. Breakfast is nice with plenty of options. All in all, a good experience. The main reason why I don't give hotel the highest rating is because when we arrived into our room it was freezing cold (on a very, very, very cold New Year day in Liverpool) and the AC wasn't great. It took hours to heat up my room and in the case of the other room, the one where my daughter was staying it never reached a comfortable temperature and she had to sleep with a jumper. Hotel need to check the AC equipment and make sure that it works properly mainly during cold-waves like the one we had in the UK by New Year.
