Room was great, beautiful, warm and bery cozy. The staff is very helpfull and friendly , breakfast was good , the taste is nice , location was strategic many shopping mall and street food around hotel, very recomended and Thanks to Shella for the hospitality

Banquet helpful, food and snack are good. Marketing quick respond. Been having many events in this hotel. Price is good. Best service hotel in North Jakarta. Room is big and comfortable. staff nice. Everyhting is as requested. Will have another events here.

Clean room make a deep sleep easy cause quiet cabin and full facility to watch a movie with a cup of tea. cozy breakfast with garden and traffic view to watch cool ride passing on a car free day and chilling at the pool watching sunset feel warm and fresh with couple and juice.

Good overall, Food and ambience were fabulous, the staffs are very humble. Meeting room was comfortable and AC was cool. Toilet was clean, but Mushola was rather humid. The parking lot was nice. Overall good. But the meeting room was too-scheduled.
