Great hospitality and thank you for your excellent service mr. Faisal who help us checkin and ms. Jihan from FB Service who has amazing smile and really helpful. The room was clean the lobby was really huge and tidy for an ibis style, the breakfast time was a bit crowded but they always ready to refill the dishes whenever it needed to be. Nice! Definitely will comeback again. #226 co on 3rd nov

The front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. When asked for connecting room, he was nice to try to accommodate for me and my family. The hotel looks nice and clean too. Would certainly want to visit again with my family. Hope for pleasant experience here in Ibis.

We stay for 7 night in here and we got amazing service from housekeeping and reception. I would like to say thank you so much to Ryan our (housekeepers) to always giving amazing service and make our room always clean and beautiful towel decorations to our room. And I would like to say thank you so much also to receptionist (Diyah and wulan) and 1 more guy ( as trainers in receptionist) they all giving amazing service and friendly. I never get this much expectation to stay in here but they really really excellent. Thank you soo much for everything. Me and my husband really enjoyed stay in here ❤️

Attending event, overall the service is great, the room is a bit small, but it is still manageable. The location is excellent and amenities is quite complete. As a Silver member, i got a very good and refreshing welcome drink. Really appreciate it!
