Good room and pillow fluffie comfortable , room good condition, Air conditioning so cold Breakfast so many choices and good taste. Parking we have free for car you can scan barcode parking leter in receptionist Thankyou ibis style And the toilet is clean and comfort

hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommended in Sunter ! All area clean & friendly staff , handled by Mas Faizal upon checked in and he’s so helpful. Room was clean make our family pleasant stay. Breakfast many variative and so delicious! (Thank you to Pak Fahmi asstFBM ). Pool area clean and made our children happy as well. Thank you so much to Ibis Style Sunter. Hope we can stay again in the future

This was the second time i stayed at your hotel for my business trip. It was another great short experience. From the first step i arrived until the last step i left from hotel. However, there is always room for improvement, especially when it is related to the restaurant revenue. I came to the restaurant to have my dinner, was very quiet, no other guest when i came. Unfortunatelly, no staff greeted and even i had to come to the cashier desk to ask for the menu. I understand maybe for some guests it was not a big deal. But when it comes to this industry and (maybe) the outlet need to generate more revenue, the staff need to be more cheerful, outgoing and "brave" to give recommendation to the guest. However, in overall, this hotel is still be my recommendation if you had a trip around North Jakarta area, and i'm looking forward to stay at your hotel again in the future.
