Very expensive, no heater ,poor breakfast.

On Feb 2nd, 2025 we booked 2 rooms, we were the only car on the parking of IBIS + IBIS BUDGET. The hotel charged us Euro 112,46 per bedroom with breakfast . No Hester, impossible to adjust the heater, poor breakfast . A shame ! Don’t go to this hotel

Enjoyable stay. The staff was available, reactive and professional... As usual, my arrival had been anticipated, with a few preparation actions, as the staff members are aware of my preferences and expectations.

Very nice stay, including service, availability and ambiance. Big room and all the staff members provided good service quality with smile and professonalism. I enjoyed also the breakfast, although the usual buffet was not aperationnal. I went out early in the morning for my usual jogging.

We arrived, our room was ready. Thank fully, they have disability cracked. The room was great the second bed was wonderful - my own little den, not a pull out couch. The shower room was very well thought out. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good not a huge selection but good and one could go back.

We've been using Ibis for some years now and have yet to be disappointed. This Ibis is no exception. Excellent welcome, nice room although a bit spartan, good bed, and ideal location for getting to Le Creusot TGV station. And it has the advantage of an excellent Courtepaille restaurant next door where we got a 15% discount thanks to our Ibis booking. The staff are excellent and the wifi works well. An ideal overnight stay.
