Great location,safe,good Hotel,great Breakfast.Room good size, and nice to have free Mini Bar. This off set Hotel Bar closing early. Lovely Pool, Sauna,Steam Room. Pitty it was closed on the Tuesday Evening we arrived, and that it did not open until 5pm.

Nice hotel, kind staff. The pool was under reconstruction under our stay (sauna was in order). Near to Ubahn station and the westfallen Stadiums. Very good breakfast. I offer it if you want a conveniend stay. .

The hotel is situated in a very convenient place if you have a car, very easy accesible. Secure parking places in front of the hotel for free. Spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet with a lot of choices and a cook is also present to cook for you various things with eggs, omelets, pancakes etc.

I would like to say the hotel was really excellent. The only downfall was the restaurant. The menu was better than last year but could still be improved. You are missing an opportunity to make a good restaurant in the middle of everything encouraging outsides to come just to the restaurant and drinks if the bar was open and sold bar snacks.. On Saturday the bar was closed and the waitress in the restaurant did not want to know when we wanted to order or when we wanted to pay, in the end we left the money on the table as we waited over half an hour for the bill and she said she was too busy. I really like the hotel and is in a good location for the dog shows that we attend for 3 days. Just needs the food side to be better. We will be back to stay in the hotel

There was a home football match near the hotel by Dortmund local team, there was a notice in the elevator of the match but it was missing information like if you want to eat in the restaurant you should book a table or the restaurant will be not be so crouded after xx.xx time.

Chose this hotel as we were going to the Scorpions 50th Anniversary Tour gig at the concert hall next door. The transport links to get to and from the airport were also very good for this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of our room and the free minibar was a bonus. Breakfast was very good and the hotel benefitted from having a swimming pool and small spa, however I couldn't get the sauna or steam room to work. Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel especially if you are going to a concert or the football which is also next door. Staff were also very friendly.

While visiting the Creativa we stayed one night in the Mercure Hotel Dortmund. Very convenient closeby and everything was perfect in order. When we will visit the Creativa in 2017 this is definately the place to stay overnight.

As platinium member - you get a VIP treatment at arrival = 0 - you get a voucher for free drinks in the bar = 0 as they said the bar was been closed on Dec 26. Something could be foreseen at hotel reception or welcome drink. I felt like drinking a coke from the minibar but no coke in the minibar. - curtains allow you to stay awake all night (you could see it as an advantage that you don't need to switch on light to go to toilet). - during Phone call it was said that parking is free. Hotel parking is to be paid. Free parking is around stadium. Positive was that we have asked to install a bed for our 3 year old, this was foreseen as asked during phonecall and booking.

Very good hotel, rooms are comfortable and have a decent size. Breakfast was fine, good quality products, the made-to-order omelette was a bonus. Ample parking possibilities. We had a car, but a metro station is very close. Nice small ancient Rome-styled pool with a good temerature both for swimming or just relaxing, and a nice sauna.

Excellent location with easy access from the motorway system. Free parking and just a short walk to the exhibition halls. Friendly staff clean well maintained rooms. Was just surprised that a 4 star hotel only had a buffet restaurant - I expected an a la carte or bar snacks as well. This was my only grouse on an otherwise excellent 4 day stay.

Hotel is good. Nice rooms, very good breakfast, good restaurant. 2 negative points : very slow internet, for fast internet you need to pay. and once the temperature drops under 22 degrees outside the airco stops working

Difficult to find fault with this hotel. Staff welcoming and most speak excellent English, the rooms are large, spotless with a really good bathroom and walk in shower. Really nice relaxed and welcoming bar restaurant with really good food. Great breakfast which included cooked food as well as Continental options. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

An amazing hotel, which had all the things a family of 5 (3 Children) could ask for. The service, the location (if you love football) , the breakfast and the pool was perfect. I am sure we will come again. Jimmy K. Sweden

Hotel is a 3 star but it exceeded my expectations room was nice and spacious had a fridge in room.hairdryer,ironing board, a walk in power shower which was excellent and a comfortable bed.The reception were absolutely amazing every time i had a query they would go out their way to help even printing off bus routes and train routes for me.The continental breakfast was excellent and there was no rush in breakfast area,i will be staying here whenever i visit dortmund and recommend this hotel highly.
