Clean hotel but missing basics

The hotel room was clean and had a great view, aircon was brilliant. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice compared to other hotels. The big negative is that the hotel do not provide water in the rooms, no minibar can be filled as apparently the locals were stealing from them. If you would like a coffee this is available but you need to walk to the hotel next door. This honestly surprised me and I think the management really need to review this when they are branding as a Mercure hotel.

his place steals from people they lied to me and stole my money I made a reservation for a executive room May 24-30 was not given that room was given a MURPHY bed room NO Maid service or Linen service I called expedia to complain they told expedia I would receive refund and they never DID I had to pay to clean my own Linen and Towels and Clean my own room I had a Dog which I Paid extra for Horrible HOTEL

Good location for business in Sao Bernardo. Friendly helpful staff.

Good points: The aparthotel has friendly helpful staff who make the stay a pleasant one. The place is kept very clean. Negative points: The internet tends to drop out occasionally and the WiFi signal strength is variable in the building. The gymnasium equipment needs some proper maintenance.
