I recently stayed at ibis airport Ankara and had a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. I'd like to extend special thanks to Yasar Kose, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional service and warm hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thanks again, Yasar, for making our stay so special!

A good stay (but a fairly small bathroom)

A good, modern hotel a short (5 mins) drive from the airport. Rather decent room yet quite small a bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room was fairly quiet - didn't hear too much of the planes taking off/landing at the nearby airport. Nothing "wrong" with this hotel but also doesn't stand out.

Your personal Yavuz Bulut kept us for nothing

Wr arrived your hotel from airport and your guy in reception Yavuz Bulut kept us two hours for a ridiculous reason. Then he told us no room left and sent us another hotel at 2:26am in the morning. He didn’t even apologise for his rude behaviour. We won’t use your hotel anymore.

Due to the number of guests exceeding what the airline company had initially informed us, my colleague had to ask you to wait briefly while we tried to accommodate you. However, considering our hotel’s occupancy rate and available room capacity, we regret to inform you that we were unable to provide you with a suitable room. We have communicated this situation to the airline company and arranged for your transfer to another hotel. We want to assure you that we do not turn away any of our reserved guests and that this situation is entirely related to the airline company. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Business trip: no air conditioning with an outside temperature of 28 degrees. Explanation from the reception: you have to open the window. We haven't switched to summer mode yet! Yes, except downstairs is the main access to the airport. Unbelievable… Fortunately, it's only one night and definitely the last at the Ibis Airport Ankara.

The open buffet breakfast and all offers are very impressed me and very good improvement with all needs since I stayed last time. Good job, will stay again when I come back Ankara. Txs afoo staff and management for these good way improvement and hospitality.
