Despite numerous bookings over the past 12 months at this property, my experience and service from staff, continues to surprise and exceed expectation(s). Subsequently, I continue to book and enjoy each stay, without fail. My recent stay included assignment of an apartment. This was a delightful surprise and a big thank you to Varat (Duty Mgr.) for your attention to accommodating business needs. Additionally, the lovely and sincere welcome from Larina, was a nice touch.

I stayed at the Pullman for four nights, and was booked into a balcony residence room which had a great view to the harbour. The pool was good, and has a powerful steam room and relaxing hot tub. The gym is first rate and has most things you need for a cardio or weights workout. The highlight for me was the breakfast though - one of the best selections I’ve seen in a long time. Lots of healthy options such as cereals, fruits, yoghurts, seeds and nuts - really first rate. A barista made coffee is offered on being seated which was a nice touch. I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening - the food and service were both faultless. There are also lots of dining options nearby, and I found it a great base for exploring Auckland.

Great location. Lovely rooms nice and spacious. It was a lovely touch receiving little sweets as a gold member in the room. Nice firm bed and pillows. The breakfast area gets super busy 7.30-9. Swimming pool was nice enough for a decent swim.

Stayed for 4 nights during conference. Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! Staff service was excellent. Happy hour was a treat too. Within walking distance to shopping strip but prepare for the hill on way back!
