While we appreciate your comments regarding our location and cleanliness, we must respectfully disagree with your overall assessment of our team. Our staff – particularly in the breakfast area – consistently receive very positive feedback from guests, who frequently commend their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. We are therefore surprised to read your description, as it does not reflect the standard we strive for or the experience reported by the vast majority of our visitors. That said, we take all feedback seriously. If you experienced an interaction that felt unwelcoming, this is certainly not the impression we wish to leave, and we regret that you felt this way. Regarding breakfast, we continuously review our offering to ensure quality and variety, and your comments will be included in that process.
