Upgrade hakkı kullandırılmadı,tercihimde üst kat talep etmeme rağmen alt katlardan rezervasyon yaptığım odadan küçük bir odada konakladım

Our staff – particularly in the breakfast area – consistently receive very positive feedback from guests, who frequently commend their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. We are therefore surprised to read your description, as it does not reflect the standard we strive for or the experience reported by the vast majority of our visitors. That said, we take all feedback seriously. If you experienced an interaction that felt unwelcoming, this is certainly not the impression we wish to leave, and we regret that you felt this way.
