I’m a middle aged, fussy British woman. This hotel was perfect in every way. Stayed 3 nights March 2024. Located on a quieter but safe upscale area of the city with great shopping area nearby. Public transport excellent. Stylish decor throughout. Comfortable room on the top floor (9th) front facing view over the zoo. Breakfast excellent. Bar/drinks, relaxed. Gym, sauna and pool great (pool a bit cold for me but you can’t please everyone) Some staff are a bit aloof but are always respectful of your privacy….however a special shout out to the breakfast waiting staff….they were very attentive and lovely. I am definitely going to be a returning guest and will sign up to Accor (hopefully I’ll get a discount next time!)

Sleep with a biting bug

I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. the first night i was bitten by a bug. I caught the bug and asked the hotel some medicine for beaten skin and to investigate it and let me know what the bug is. but the hotel only changed my room after it, but no additional actions. Even though I asked the investigation result and medicine to the hotel desk several times. It is a really painful experience. Not recommended. 이 호텔에서 5박을 한 적이 있습니다. 첫날 밤 저는 벌레에 물렸습니다. 벌레를 잡아서 피부가 망가진 것에 대한 약을 호텔에 요청했고, 벌레가 무엇인지 조사해서 알려달라고 했습니다. 하지만 호텔은 그 후에 제 방을 바꿨을 뿐이고, 추가 조치는 없었습니다. 제가 호텔 데스크에 조사 결과와 약을 여러 번 요청했는데도 말입니다. 정말 고통스러운 경험입니다. 추천하지 않습니다.

An excellent stay. We were really happy with this hotel. We loved the pool, bar, breakfast and the rooms! The only downside was the room was quite warm at night and the air con wouldn’t turn on. We would stay here again! Turn right out of hotel for a Greek restaurant and an Italian (both recommended). 5 mins from the zoo second entrance. From the airport there are great transport links but we did have to change so worth asking the hotel for details on this. Highly recommend this stay!!

A good stay

I stayed here for business and the hotel was very busy. Check in was smooth quick and professional with support to help take luggage to your room. When I got to my room I found it very hot and whilst I tried to cool it with the Aircon it would not work, so I went to reception to ask them to sort this out and requested an iron as they are not in the room . I only had to wait five min for the iron to arrive and then another five for an engineer to look at the Aircon. He said because it was cold outside the Aircon would not work, which I was not happy with as I like a cold room. As an alternative he unlocked the windows so that I could fully open them to get the cool outside air come in which worked well . Breakfast in the hotel was busy but very tasty with good service and the chef made you lovely omlettes to order . Before I arrived I contacted the hotel to request a quiet room away from the lifts and they took note and actioned the request for which I was greatfull. I would stay and reccomend the hotel as it's in a great location, my only negative is the Aircon.

Good stay and loved the spa

We stayed for 4 nights in early December. The Good. 1. The location was a bit away from the tourist sites but close to shops, restaurants, and the zoo. 2. The hotel decor was modern and the bar area was nice. 3. We had an issue with a lost phone and the concierge staff were excellent and helped us locate and retrieve it. 4. The spa was excellent. The pool was great, as was the sauna. I had a massage and it was also very good. 5. The bathroom was good, well equipped and had nice toiletries. The Bad. 1. The room was pretty bland. 2. The room service was ok but we avoided breakfast which was a rather steep €32. 3. On check-in, we had reserved a room with a view, but they only had one with twin beds, which meant we had a room with a rather average view. Overall We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
