Aparthotel Adagio Nice Promenade des Anglais 4 yıldız

The location of the property was spot on, being just over the road from the beach however the apartment we stayed in had a number of small issues - the sofa bed was broken meaning that I had to sleep on the mattress.. and then move it to the hallway / kitchen area as it was impossible sleeping in the living area due to the noise of the road. If this hadn't cost nearly £600 for two nights, I might have been more generous with my rating. There is certainly no way this was a four star property. The upsides were the staff were very good with queries we had and when we advised of the issues with the room upon checkout. Also appreciated the hotel leaving the roof terrace open until very late as it made for some great photos.

Hotel Apartment is very clean. My room was a Studio Seaview. You can cook in the room. They have a rooftop. They also offer Breakfast. There are a couple of stores that you can pick up groceries. I would recommend this aparthotel.

Well situated apartment on the promenade in Nice. Close to all facilities and within walking distance. Bus right outside to anywhere. Lovely balcony and kitchen. Water pressure not the greatest - but that is Europe.

First of all I would like to say that the hotel is very nice, clean, well positioned and I have no complaints about the hotel itself. The problem was with the parking. They have a contract with Indigo public parking at Lenval Hospital. We stayed 5 nights in the hotel so we were asked to pay 5x13.5=67.5 euros. When entered the parking we saw the daily price of 28euros so we thought we had a good deal. In fact we were tricked and I will also make a complaint to Accor. They do have a tariff of 60 euros for one week but we were never given the option at the check-in (i.e. pay 7 euros less). I have also found out that the parking has actually cheaper rates for long term: 5 nights would have been 55 euros and goes up to 79 euros per month!! When the receptionist was confronted with this situation the answer was: we in fact helped you to get a good rate and we don't see any reason to be upset. The lady was not reasonable as she clearly didn't see any difference between 55 and 67.5 euros. It's not a huge difference but it's a matter of principle. Pay attention because the room service is not included in the price! (there is an additional charge of 18eur/intervention for that) Normally you would think that this is included (like everywhere else) but not... Also, there are some Romanian ladies working at the reception. Being a Romanian national myself I could understand the rude comments they were making about the tourists behind their back. They have the impression that they own the place... Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

I had an upper floor studio with sea view. The views were incredible, both on the sea and Boulevard des Anglais. The room was bright an large, with a separate kitchenette which has everything, including a large fridge.

Easy check-in with Adagio-card, great rooms, fine bathroom, balcony with the view as promised, excellent staff, cleaning top. We will be back in Nice later this summer, and we are definitely going to book at Adagio Access Promenade again. Previosly I have been using Adagio Acces Magnan, but this is a better choice!

I did not like The hotel. The security, breakfast and Cleaner was terrible. Very old. Did not Java place to park The car to take The luggage out. Really terrible.I Will not stay um this hotel again. I hope them change.

Otelin konumu ve deniz gören odanın manzarası çok güzeldi. Mutfak kullanımı oldukça rahattı.

Not great location as long walk to town and good restaurants and old town, needed to get bus. Apartment tired but beds clean and comfortable. Did the job for 2 day stopover but would not have stayed any longer.

The location is perfect for public transport as well as walks on the promenade. Shops / supermarket near by. However, needs refubrishing as a 4* apartment-hotel. Bedroom was exceptionally hot! It had no windows.

Stayed at Adagio Promenade for four nights. It was a little walk from the town centre, however thoroughly enjoyed the walk along the promenade. The bus stops are within 50 metres. The apartment was all that was needed, service was great. If I came back to Nice, I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and would not recommend this Hotel at all. Rated 4 stars apparently but would be lucky to be a 2 1/2 star rating. Still being renovated, smelly corridors and poorly located to town are just some of the negatives of this Hotel. Avoid this one for sure. A big disappointment
