Great location in walking distance to Duomo and Santa Maria Novella, also to the train station and tram station. Quiet and very clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast selections were not big but tasty and lovely. Maybe overpriced. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located one block away from the train station and no more than 10 to 15 minutes from any place in the historic center. You can’t beat that! We got a big room as an upgrade for being Accor gold members, which was really nice. The staff were great and always helpful. On the flip side, here are a few things we found off 1) there was no minibar service. The little fridge was empty and disconnected. Upon asking, we were told that it was for “superior” rooms only. Any 4-star hotel these days has at least a few soft drinks and snacks. 2) we stayed for five nights. Not once was our room made. They have a “go green” sign you can hang from your door so they only change towels every three days. And, although they did change towels on the third day, no other service was given to our room throughout our stay.

Excellent location and very comfortable modern hotel

We recently stayed for 9 nights during the Spring vacation season. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was the largest I have ever seen - much larger than an American King-sized bed! And the bathroom was very modern with a shower, toilet and bidet. The lobby had a bar that served excellent Negronis and snacks. We enjoyed the coffee and water machines as well. Located only two blocks from the Firenze conference center, near the train station at Santa Maria Novella, we found it easy to walk around Central Florence to all the famous museums. Excellent restaurants within one block, and just a few blocks to the Central Marketplace Food Court. The hotel staff were really excellent and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it!

Fantastic Stay in Florence!

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Florence, and we can’t recommend it enough! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the train station and close to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is spotless, with a beautifully clean and comfortable room that made us feel right at home. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a great stay, but we have to give a special shout-out to Chiara. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met with a smile. This hotel is the ideal base for exploring Florence, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

We had the most wonderful stay - friendly and very helpful staff who made us feel right at home, clean and well-appointed room, excellent location and delicious coffee in the foyer! Our only disappointment is that we aren’t staying a few more nights.
