This is my first stay in this hotel. Booked this hotel in view of nearby conference and stayed here for just one night. I reached the hotel very late at around 11 pm and surprised to see many people waiting to be checked in ( mostly conference delegates). Even the reception was manned by 3 people but only one of them is handling the checkin process. So, it took quite some time to get my room. And I was asked to pay the amount for the entire stay upfront. Actually quoted around 15% extra than the booking price. I have to show them the booking which is made from their accor app and then they honoured the agreed price. Although I am accor member with higher status, no recognition was made. Room and Bathroom were tiny (as expected since it is ibis). They are clean with may be some maintenance required in the bathroom area. No toiletries are found in the bathroom. I had to call the reception and had them delivered. Room has most of the basic things like a writing desk (again it is very small, I cant keep a A4 sheet and write), a safe and a chair in addition to bed (the mattress is little too soft to my liking- again no complaints here, each have their own preference). And because the hotel is not on the main road, the noise level is almost inexistent. Breakfast is okay, spread is small, taste is also average. But there is a live music (on that particular day, someone played flute - he did a great job). Didn't get any chance to use gym or pool. So, had a mixed experience and I think thats because they sold out of capacity and the man power were overwhelmed.

आपकी होटल की सर्वीस बहुत अच्छी है । सुमन जी एवं आयन जी का कस्ट्मर के प्रति सहयोग बहुत अच्छा है में पिछले 15 दिन में दूसरी बार स्टे कर रहा हु ।पहली बार भी मूझे अछि सर्विस मिली । इस कारण में दुबारा आपकी होटल में स्टे मिया हु । आगे भी दुबारा में आपकी होटल में स्टे करूँगा । सर्विस के य धन्यवाद
