Our stay at Pullman Bandung was absolutely delightful. The hotel offers outstanding service, a strategic location, and generously sized rooms that are both comfortable and elegant. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality from Feby, Tami, and Nafa. Knowing that we were on our babymoon, they surprised us with cakes and heartfelt notes on the mirror. These thoughtful gestures made our stay incredibly special and unforgettable. Thank you, Pullman Bandung team, for such a memorable staycation!❤️

Pullman Bandung made our anniversary stay feel genuinely special. We were warmly surprised with a thoughtful greeting, a lovely cake, and a complimentary room upgrade, which set the tone from the start. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. While the breakfast selection was a bit limited, everything was well prepared and tasty. A comfortable, well handled experience that clearly values its guests and the little moments that matter. Special thanks to Feby, Tami, and Naffa.
