It's always an unforgettable vacation when you stay at the Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi with your family. Clean rooms, delicious food, friendly staff, and a warm swimming pool that always tempts the kids to play in the water makes our family always come back again and again

The elegant lobby design, I stay in the junior suite room, it's spacious, cozy, artistic & warm. View in the pool, it's really nice! The f&b in Kepler sky lounge was so delicious and the ambience was comfortable and suitable for dinner with both family and partner. The swimming pool is warm and some spots are great for pictures. The facilities are also complete from the kids club, the gym area, the spa to the area games. Definitely a spot worth coming back to! ❤️

I had a truly memorable stay with my family during the Idul Adha holiday at Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi. We booked a 3-night stay in a Deluxe Room and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Deluxe Room with Balcony upon check-in. Prior to our arrival, I contacted the hotel to help us prepare a small surprise for our son’s 5th birthday on June 9. I was impressed by the warm response and thoughtful execution by the Guest Relations team, particularly Jeje and Anggit. Our room was decorated with towel origami, flower petals, and a birthday message on the mirror. We were also treated to a slice of delicious chocolate cake, along with a personalized welcome note from Mr. Engkun Kurnia, the General Manager, added a heartful touch. My son was thrilled—he couldn’t wait to eat the cake and was especially excited to swim in the heated pool. The room itself was clean, spacious, and modern, with ample space for our family of four. Each morning, I used the hotel’s well-equipped gym, and we particularly enjoyed the cool, refreshing air due to the hotel’s location at a higher elevation. One standout feature that exceeded our expectations was the complimentary afternoon tea service delivered to our room daily between 4 and 5 PM—a refined detail more commonly found in high-end international hotels. We also received vouchers for afternoon tea at the restaurant, though we only had the chance to use them once because we were out exploring the city. I also redeemed my welcome drink voucher for a glass of dragon fruit juice, and it was delicious. The staff member who assisted me was very friendly and took the time to patiently explain the drink options available. These small touches of hospitality were consistently seen throughout our stay. Another positive note was the basement parking facility. Even though the hotel was quite busy over the weekend, the large parking area ensured we always found a spot. It was convenient, secure, and easy to access. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests. Whether it was utensils for takeout food, an extra towel for the kids, an iron and ironing board for my wife, or a late checkout request up to 3 PM, everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. It’s this level of attention that really makes a difference—and why we loved this hotel. The only consideration is traffic: since the hotel is located on the main route to Lembang, a popular destination for domestic travelers, traffic can get quite heavy after 10 AM. I recommend planning your daily itinerary accordingly to avoid peak congestion. Overall, this was a warm, welcoming, and well-rounded experience for our family. We’re already looking forward to returning on our next visit to Bandung.

Wonderful Family Stay with Excellent Service and Great Breakfast

We stayed at Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi from 31 May to 4 June and had an amazing experience. Our family booked a total of 4 rooms — 2 suites and 2 lagoon rooms — and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Special thanks to Ikmal from Reservations for assisting with our bookings and ensuring everything went smoothly. The breakfast spread was generous, delicious, and offered a wide variety each morning — a great start to our days in Bandung. The hotel ambiance, facilities, and warm hospitality made our family trip truly memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next visit to Bandung!
