Staf hotel sangat membantu dan ramah. Awalnya kami tidak tahu kalau salah booking tanggal saat sampai di hotel staf hotel dengan ramah mengabari kalau booking kami itu salah tanggal dengan sigap staf hotel membantu kami mencarikan solusi sehingga kami dapat beristirahat di Hotel Pullman. Terima kasih Pak Iqbal dan Resepsionis yang membantu kami mohon maaf kami lupa namanya. Istirahat di kamar pada malam hari sangat nyaman. Pagi hari makan restoran sangat memuaskan. Acara di kids activities terutama memukul pinata sangat seru.

Kedua kalinya menginap di pullman selalu puas, minimal harus 2 malam sih biar bisa mencoba semua fasilitas 😀 staff semua ramah dan helpfull terutama saat breakfast dibantu oleh miss nike dan mr. Mursin sangat membantu utk kami yg bawa baby 10 bulan. Pas kesana ada event free cetak foto jd sepertinya semalam menginap masih kurang 😄 next akan menginap di pullman ciawi lagi ❤️
