I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I went to Novotel with family to celebrate my birthday. Their staff help my wife to prepare things inside my room. The breakfast was okay, maybe Hotel can add fresh sashimi or other main course to fullfil guests expectation. Special thanks for the hospitality from ms Nina (at Meranti restaurant), outstanding, helpful, and best staff there. Love and wish to come back to Novotel Bogor

Kayaknya sudah belasan tahun bulak balik ke Novotel Bogor, harus diakui hotel ini mampu menjaga kualitasnya. Service terbaik yang selalu didapat, tempat yang nyaman, lokasi, kebersihan dan kondisi kamar yang selalu terjaga membuat Novotel bogor agak susah ditandingi tempat2 lain di Bogor dan sekitarnya. Staff2 terbaik yang Novotel Bogor miliki juga merupakan ujung tombak bertahannya hotel ini di tengah2 berkembangnya hospitality industry di Bogor. Terima kasih buat Ibu Nuni, staff FO yang luar biasa membantu beberapa tahun belakangan ini, kerja keras dan effortnya untuk menyenangkan hati para tamu sangat luar biasa 🙏🏾. FBM Ibu Anne dan staff FB service Ibu Ita juga luar biasa sigap menangani dan menampung masukan dari tamu hotel. Jadi, semuanya bersinergi.
