Saya member platinum ACCOR PLUS , Sudah memesan kamar beberapa hari lalu untuk penginapan tanggal 12 januari ke 13 januari 2025 , h-1 di hubungi oleh pihak hotel untuk melakukan paymet via online , padahal sudha saya sertakan di aplikasi metode pembayaran nya . Pihal hotel dengan alasan kartu tidak bisa di proses , saya minta untuk melakukan ny pada saat tiba di hotel , tetapi pihak hotel tetap bersikeras tidak bisa dan harus melakukan nya via payment online atau transfer ,kalau tidak akan batal otomatis oleh sistem , Akhir ny karena terkalu ribet , saya minta untuk di cancel . Sangat aneh sekali sekelas pullman bintang 5 dan sudah memiliki record tentang saya disana , untuk pembayaran saja tidak bisa di lakukan di hotel , terlalu kaku untuk penyelesain nya dengan customer . Baru kali ini di hotel bintang 5 dengan member accor platinum bisa seperti ini , pengalaman saya dengan hotel accor bintang 5 yang lain tidak sepert ini, bahkan sekelas Sofitel , grand mercure ,swisotel tidak seperti ini . I am a platinum member of ACCOR PLUS, I have booked a room a few days ago from January 12 to January 13, 2025, 1 day before the hotel was contacted to make payment online, even though I had listed the payment method in the application. The hotel said the card could not be processed, I asked to do it when I arrived at the hotel, but the hotel insisted that it could not be done and had to do it via online payment or transfer, otherwise it would be automatically canceled by the system, Finally because it was too complicated, I asked to be canceled. It is very strange that a 5-star Pullman and already has a record of me there, for payment alone cannot be made at the hotel, it is too rigid to settle it with the customer. This is the first time in a 5-star hotel with an Accor Platinum member it can be like this, my experience with other 5-star Accor hotels is not like this, even the Sofitel, Grand Mercure, Swissotel are not like this. 我是ACCOR PLUS 白金会员。我几天前预订了一间客房,住宿时间为 2025 年 1 月 12 日至 1 月 13 日。前一天,酒店联系我进行在线支付,在ACCOR 软件我已在订单中加入了应用程序中的付款方式。但是酒店,以无法办理信用卡为由,我要求在到达酒店后办理,但酒店坚持说无法办理,必须通过网上支付或转账方式办理,不然会被系统自动取消,最后因为太麻烦了,太复杂,我就要求取消了。很奇怪,一家五星级的普尔曼酒店已经有我在那里的记录了,但是不能在酒店付款,与客户解决问题的方式太过僵硬。这是我第一次和雅高白金会员一起入住五星级酒店,遇到这种情况。我在其他雅高五星级酒店的体验从未如此,SOFITEL、swisotel、grand mercure ,等等,从来没有这样过。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a great visit. The hotel offers a wide range of activities for kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Sahra, Nolla, and Amalia for going above and beyond in helping me arrange a kids' setup and a birthday surprise in our room, it made the celebration extra special!
