I am not a business traveller but do travel worldwide frequently. For an Ibis hotel, which is one of the lower grade Accor hotels, this was amazing. OK, it is not 5 star but for what it is being a 3.5 star, it is at the top end of the field. Clean, welcoming, excellent service beyond some 5 stars and management that go beyond the distance for service. I had an issue (not with the hotel) and the General Manager came through with a solution way above expectations. The price is as always, very reasonable and the food (including breakfast) quite acceptable (again for a 3.5 star). I will stay at this hotel again, the next and every time I need to fly from Don Muang airport and highly recommend it for others.

I stayed Ibis Impact hotel for 15 nights. It’s nice place to stay here. The hotel close to the Cosmo shopping mall, Impact exhibition hall and also there is sky walk to connect everywhere nearby. In room dining so so but not expensive.

We have to changed room around 1:45 am due to the fact rooms around us were in group and very noisy. They had small party with more than 2 people in the room next to our room since 9:30pm. We have raised our concern to front desk but he could not managed the guests from that room and we ended up the one who had to move.

Stay3 nights for my commencement ceremony , the room look modern and cozy , but the bathroom light was gone down for 3 night i stayed . I told the reception about the light but nothing happened and there is only a sorry words from the staff. But i alai enjoy their food at 1st floor bar , Angus beef burger are awesome!

Excellent accommodation for visitors to Bangkok'Impact. Staffs are great. Room is cosy and compact, good for short engagement visit. Convinient walkways link every point of interest. Breakfast is OK with adequate choices and large sitting room. A lot if parking lots, indoor and outside. Bus number 166's last stop is next to the hotel.
