Очень удобное расположение рядом с IMPACT конференц-залом. Понравилось, что продуманы все мелочи в номере, и есть все для комфортного проживания. Очень приятный и дружественный персонал. Вобщем отель был выше всяких похвал!

We stayed at the Novotel Impact while attending a concert, and it was the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the Impact Arena and halls, so we could easily avoid all the traffic before and after the show. The indoor pool is temperature-controlled and a great size, and the food at the restaurants was excellent. Special thanks to Jacky at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful — he truly deserves a raise! New at the restaurant was also very kind and attentive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, highly recommended if you’re attending any event at Impact.
