This is like a purpose built hotel for those attending conference or concerts in the area. I had a concert to attend at Thunderdome, and given that traffic will be bad and journey will take long from central Bangkok, I decided to stay one night here. Took an early flight and happy to be checked in with room ready so early. Booked an executive room on the tenth floor with club lounge access. It’s the standard Novotel room but the pillows will always remain a highlight for me. I slept so well. Missed happy hour cos of the concert but I had breakfast the next morning at the lounge, decent selection. The chef was on standby to make eggs for you and help out which was great. The extension pink line MRT to Muang Thong Thani is still under construction and I believe once that is ready getting to Impact will be much more convenient. Had a pleasant stay here no complains.

We stayed in the executive room during Summer Sonic and found the location to be perfect—just a 5–10 minute walk from the concert hall. However, there were a few disappointing aspects: - Executive room seemed quite ordinary. There's lack of amenities, like coffee machine, despite being advertised as such in the room description. The hotel should either provide this amenity or update its description accordingly. - The breakfast selection was disappointing, with an overwhelming number of spicy dishes, including pasta. Oats were only prepared with milk, lacking variety; - The internet access didn't work for me, as I couldn't get past the authorization page. - The soundproofing was poor, so we could hear the noise from the roadway.

Everytime when I stay at Novotel Impact (this is my 4th time stay here), I feel like stay home with friends and family. Although, everything here ex. room, food, and hotel facilities and cleanliness are standard. But the most outstanding here are the Novotel Impact staff’s capabilities (far better than many 4-5 stars Accor hotels). From management level, I believe she is a front manager who monitor and well organize for check-in and check-out including response with customer’s request and problem solving with big smile. Even, there are a lot of customers (Long Q) but everything is going quick and smooth. Concierge team are very active and open conversation with very helpful action. Premier lounge staffs both morning and evening shifts are always friendly and warm welcome, their unique capability is to remember what customers want, even very tiny issues like sauce or utensil that help to leverage taste and quality of simple breakfast or dinner to be wonderful and happy moment. House keepers are very polite (always greeting) with beautiful smile even the hotel are very busy (fully occupied). I stay in room 502 for 8 days, room is perfectly clean and all amenities are 100% well organized (better than 5 stars hotels in BKK). Lastly, I believe Novotel Impact could be one of the best example for many Accor hotels to improve their services by come and learn from here.

I used this hotel on my first trip to Thailand. I was able to use the room just like in Japan, and the front and reception staff were very nice. Thanks to the wonderful attention of Mr. Kong, the concierge, I was able to go out by myself for a day with peace of mind.
