However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a power outlet at the table, which made it less convenient for you to use. This should have been handled clearly and efficiently, and we regret that our explanation caused frustration. Your comments have been shared with our Front Office team to ensure immediate improvement in communication and policy verification, especially for Accor website reservations We also apologize for the room temperature issue. Our Engineering team has been informed to review and resolve the thermostat control to prevent similar discomfort for future guests While we are delighted to know you enjoyed our breakfast, we are sorry that the lounge atmosphere did not meet your expectations. チェックイン時には前払いをしたが、滞在を短縮したいとフロントに申し出た際に、 キャンセルポリシーについて 私の予約がどの様なキャンセルポリシーに基づいてされたものなのか ホテルとしで当然即座に確認可能なはずであるのに それに基づいたて手続きをすることなく 予約はアコーのウェブで行われたものであり キャンセルポリシーは知らないので私にアコーから送られたコンフメーションを見せろ等 ありえない説明、要求をされた　 ホテルの部屋は室温が全く調整できない以外の問題はなかった　室温が寒すぎた　 朝食は美味しかった ラウンジは 子供連れ家族メイン時間帯の後 ビジネスマン、会員専用時間帯を 設けているため ビジネスマン、会員専用時間帯になっても 子供が飛び跳ねていて うるさかった
