It is strategically located adjacent to a mall, making it very easy to find places to eat or restaurants. It's also close to a golf course for those who enjoy golf. It is also relatively close to Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The hotel room is nice and clean, with soft beds and pillows. What I like the most is the executive lounge facility on the 20th floor, which can be used for dinner or breakfast with more privacy.

My fist time stayed at novotel tangerang, I adore to every detail of the hotel and of course their hospitality ,the breakfast menus and the facilities was amazing 🫰🏻 And absolutely want to try another novotel around the world! Keep up the good work!

Novotel is always my choice each time I come to Tangerang, but NOMORE, the last visit was VERY DISSAPOINTING. I've booked 2 rooms for 20.09.2024 - 24.09.2024, one for myself and one for my parents. My parents are senior citizens and not very handy with all the checkin procedure, and my flight from the Netherlands was arriving late in the evening. So One month before arrival I've requested the hotel so that my parents can go to their rooms without being asked for payment, I've received confirmation from the hotel that they can check in, I've guaranteed my booking and I'm sure they can see my guest history as a platinum accor member I've been multiple times in the hotel. Unfortunately when they arrived at the hotel, THEY WERE DENIED check in, a couple of 70 plussers and my confused cousin. Despite the aging building and all its shortcomings, I've always enjoyed my stay at Novotel Tangerang, specially the restaurant and bar staff, but the last experinece was the last straw. I'm gonna miss my friends at the F&B service but I guess it's time to find another hotel. VERY DISSAPOINTED, if you can do that to a platinum member, a repeater guest, imagine what can happen to a regular guest?

Hotel was next to a Tang city mall which is convenient and room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast spread was good and would like to express sincere appreciation to Ibu Salma who was very kind to prepare some fruits for me for the breakfast. 🙏👍

The hotel is quite good for staying, the location is very comfortable and good connection between the airport and the downtown.
