The front office staff provided a welcoming and professional first impression of the hotel. They were polite, attentive, and efficient during both check-in and check-out. All questions were answered clearly, and requests were handled promptly. The team demonstrated good communication skills, maintained a positive attitude, and showed strong knowledge of hotel services and policies. Overall, the front office contributed greatly to a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff housekeeping-nya sangat ramah, helpful, dan always ready to assist Mas Walidin. Kamar selalu dibersihkan dengan sangat rapi dan detail from the bed, bathroom, until the amenities, semuanya tertata dengan baik.
