Good service, security named alfarizi also help me a lot with things that i dont understand. The place is so clean, for me that alergic to dust. This also good for my business meetings. I cant wait for another opportunities to stay here again.

Lunch at nusantara mercure pik give me best enivorment Bintang,Arum fadil, towo and Aulia serve with excellent and helpfull they always overd me with detail and they give me the best menu in here like mounth fuji flambe i like this because have vodka ingredient

Good stay good room good service. Central location close to a lot of restaurants amd bars. Will recommend 100%. Security Alfarizi good person as well. All the best for this hotel and come here if you want the best experience of your life. Nowhere else to go because this is definitely the only place to be.

Hotel is nice, aircon room so cool and all my guests feel same. good location , many restaurant, easy connect to shopping mall, and this hotel have corporate with my company and Lobby security very helpful n friendly, His name Hendi. Great hotel and definetly to come again.

It was an unforgetable stay at Mercure Pantai Indah Kapuk. The room was cozy and very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. But what really made my stay special was the wonderful service from the staff. Riyanti was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and I really appreciated her help I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
