Great hospitality as always. Great staff, they're so friendly. Great food, I've experienced breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of them are great. Great room. So comfortable. Unfortunately this time i couldn't visit the pool or the sauna but i bet all of them are great too. Thank you

Pleasent stay. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed my stay. Near to shopping mall Gajahmada plaza, very strategic, and I like the room is so clean and smell nice, the room is good price, next time when I visit indonesia again I will go here come back

Check in process fast, less than 5 minutes. The room also clean, including bedsheet and bathroom, all were well cleaned. They also provide a very extensive menu which diverse every day. Overall my stay in here was very great and comfortable. Thanks and continue to improve :)

its really comfy and cozy here my family got enough sleep when sleeping at the hotel. for the lobby is clean and cool, I like the vibes so cozy in the room also. and I have tried all the facilities on 5th floor such pool and fitness center. it was fun
