I am happy as a frequent traveler to Jakarta for business to be honored to choose my favorite hotel Pullman Hotel. Honestly, this hotel is really proud to provide fast and beautiful services with great standards, especially the staff. The reason for my choice, honestly, is that I chose this place with this goal as if it were my second home, because of the brilliant employee Novi. Indeed, the wonderful employee in the right place, smiling and doing her job perfectly. The employee Novi really made a difference in my choice of this hotel, and I am confident that the management of this wonderful hotel pays its most important attention to customer service and choosing the right employee in the right place. Best service from Mas Haris and Mba Liani! Had a wonderful birthday staycation :) nice room, nice lobby and room! Very clean and connected to central park mall, lots of entertainment area surrounding. Best to bring your family to stat here :)

Pullman Jakarta Central Park is really worth it hotel to stay. This hotel really having a good staff and the ambience at the hotel really nice. I might say the executive lounge in this hotel are different from other hotel, the food is delicious and selection of drinks is a lot. Special mention to the staff Wulan and Rezza, also the chef Iwan and chef Abi cause they're really do the great job! What an Excellent service

Very well located hotel and reachable by any public transportation. Hotel is connected to a large and very living shopping mall so it’s really convenient and a plus point. I stayed 2 nights in a executive deluxe room and I got the chance to had a great time on their executive lounge. They serve us very well and I can tell that guest’s satisfaction is on their top priority. Thanks Novi for helping and serving us during our whole stay. You are one of the reason our stay is very delightful. Truly an asset for the company

The facilities are very clean and the staff is very friendly. They also give good recommendations for tourist attractions. It is also very convenient because there is a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast was also very good and the staff were very helpful.
