I enjoyed my stay here. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's also very convenient since it's connected to the shopping mall. Overall I had a really great stay here and will be back soon.

Fun experience during my stay. Every staff here is really nice and friendly from security Suganda, Front desk team Wildan, lobby coffee shop Indah. They make my stay enjoyable. The room is small but comfy, the breakfast is nice but really crowded and dificult to find table. Overall really good experience with Mercure Hotel

Strategy location to everywhere. Very convenient to shopping mall. Easy to find shop and food around. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Hotel has a beautiful lobby. My stay is comfortable and looking forward to be staying at here again.

As a guest that was stayed here before with Mr. Yuda Tri Irwanda and Mr. Dosen Sinaga at the helm, this was a mixed-feeling review. Stayed here from 20-21 Nov 2023 and 22-24 Nov 2023. As a Gold Member (I didn't get any room upgrade) for both occasions. The housekeeping team, Nyoman and Sultan, changed my bed linen to the proper one, They did a great job. Danu from the NSNTR served me very well during my ala carte dinner, the liquor sequence came on time. The appetizer came late, the main dish came earlier. But it was not a big deal, overall Danu created a comfortable experience for me. Breakfast was a pain in the ass. On 21 Nov: Difficult to find a table, I asked for a cup of coffee, and it came around 15 minutes later. After I am done with my dishes. On 23 Nov: I sat near the buffet area, and the coffee came on time. On 24 Nov: Difficult to find a table, I asked for a coffee, one of the staff asked me to queue at the coffee machine. The problem is Mercure PIK only has 1 coffee machine that can serve Latte, another machine is only for black coffee. The waiting line for the Latte was long. This is a very basic investment needed for a Mercure Hotel. There is another "more expensive" barista-style coffee machine in the bar, but the staff told me that they can't serve Lattes from this coffee machine for the breakfast guests. I understand this machine is dedicated to a la carte guests, but if there is inflexibility due to a lack of regular coffee machine investment, that is so difficult for us as a guest. Since we need to rush for the morning meeting and spend most of our time waiting in line for the coffee. Ms. Irene from Guest Relations and Mr. Ega from F&B have talked with me about this matter. And I believe this situation has to be resolved quickly by 2024. I hope Accor Hotels can implement what IHG Hotels did by reserving some tables for Gold and Platinum members having their breakfast. Room upgrade will be provided once we have the rooms available, however regret to inform that we are unable to upgrade your room as we are running full house during your period of stay. We apologies for any inconvenience caused by the number of coffee machine units and long waiting lines. Our breakfast usually reaches its peak at around 8.30 a.m.–9.30 a.m. and will be less busy at other times; thus, if we are able to suggest, you might enjoy the breakfast during less busy hours. We had ordered two additional new coffee machines; unfortunately, they arrived after your departure. Currently, the three coffee machines are available to serve all the guests, especially during peak hours, and minimize the long queue. We take all feedback seriously and are dedicated to improving our services and facilities in order to meet our guests' expectations. We regret that you were not able to fully enjoy your stay with us and thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention. Please do not hesitate to reach out should further assistance be required in future stays.
