Proses check in mudah, cek in jam 13.00 karena kamar sudah available. resepsionisnya ramah, kamar bersih dan nyaman, ada kolam renang tuk anak, lokasi hotel dekat dengan wisata kota tua cukup jalan kaki, serta respon staf hotel cepat dan tanggap.

Senang klo stay di sini, ga cuman menghabiskan waktu d hotel aja tapi bisa keliling jalan kaki untuk explore museum, cafe dan restoran di jakarta. Mercure Jakarta Batavia sepertinya sedang ramai sekali, namun tetap menenangkan. Makanannya juga breakfastnya enak dan pelayanannya terbaik ramah kids frendly ada kak isna yang membantu saat breakfast menawarkan dan merekomendasikan minuman fresh jus yang enakk

Hotel mal cuidado. Me entregaron la habitación y tenía cucarachas. Tuve que pedir un cambio de habitación. Esta nueva habitación no estaba del todo limpia. Estaban limpiando el restaurante ya a las 8.30pm, cuando cierra a las 22.00 oficialmente. La localización no es buena, pero tampoco es mala. No cumple con los estándares de Mercure ni Accor. Y mucho menos con un hotel de 4 estrellas. Entre esto y los hosteles en los que me quedé por un 20% del precio, no había demasiada diferencia.
