Me pareció excelente, las habitaciones estaban limpias, la vista era increíble. Me parecio que su localización también fue de ayuda para la movilidad. El personal muy amable y en general mi estancia fue excelente.

Gran sorpresa! Nos toco huesped especial ! Con coctel gratuito y suit especial en la ultima planta! Gracias al equipo de recepcion y a la chica encargada que nos atendio(siento no recordar su nombre)! Fueron fantasticos, comprensivos,cariñosos con nuestro niño de 10 años y su primer viaje al extranjero . Trato muy profesional y ayudandonos con el idioma !. Hotel nuevo, buffet increible , gimnasio bueno y zona de piscina y juegos de niños tambien muy bueno, acceso directo a centro comercial con tienas y restaurantes. Nos encanto!!! Siempre Novotel nos ha gustado pero esta vez ha sido fantastio!¡!¡. Gracias por este fin de viaje con sorpresa !¡!¡
