Conveniently located close to several Shopping Malls and convenience stores this is a very nice and cozy place to stay in Sao Paulo. Stayed over 2 weeks and the staff was very kind and friendly. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a cozy and safe place in SP. When I first came in had a couple of trouble setting myself up but Giovanna really helped us out and made ourselves feel at home. Thanks!

The room was clean and well kept, with the necessary amenities for a one-night-stop. Very courteous staff at check-in/check-out. Great location in walking distance of Allianz Parque if you are in town to catch a Palmeiras game or a concert.

Stayed here for two weeks with work, hotel is clean and comfortable the staff are friendly and helpful. There are a few amenities close by so you don’t need to travel too far. Three young ladies on reception in the morning were brilliant! Happy to recommend 👍

Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. They did a great job making TS fans feel welcome by setting up great photo opp locations. The hotel felt festive. Our room was comfortable and the sofa bed was already set up. When we returned drenched from the rain the staff gave us towels without asking. Very thoughtful.

Excellent service. They decorated the entire hotel in Taylor Swift theme for the concert, gave us a free souvenir, free photo booth, and free cotton candy and popcorn. They had someone selling t shirts and memorabilia in the lobby for the guests which was very nice, good quality items at a good price that were great as souvenirs to bring home. We do not speak Portuguese but we were comfortable here! It's a very fun atmosphere and it is the only place I will come to for a concert in the future in Sau Paulo! They went above and beyond and we were very impressed. Great breakfast too! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
