Dear Jin, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We were honored to have chosen us as your hotel in Sao Paulo. At the same time, we were sorry for not meeting all your expectations. I'm sad to know that we were not able to fix the air conditioner in your room. While not the best option, I understand that we tried to go around the issue by bringing you a portable heater, correct? Since we were fully booked, it would not be possible to change you to a room in the same category than your upgrade. so you would have to go to the type that was originally reserved. Please know that I talked to our supervisor and we will make sure that everything is working perfectly before giving out the room. I also apologize for the waiting. As I stated before, we were fully booked and, unfortunately, that impacted our cleaning schedule. We are thinking of ways of guaranteeing that this does not happen again. I'm not sure if anyone contacted you yet, but the information that you asked to speak to one of our managers was not received.
