空调是坏的,房间里的温度只有17度。要求换房却被告知只能提供低一个级别的房型,表示无法接受后就再也没有提供任何解决方案。2个小时候提供了一个迷你取暖器,功率很小噪音却很大,完全无法使用。承诺代理商携程说酒店主管人员第二天给我答复却直到退房也没有人联系我。携程提出要求补偿,却以我已经退房为由拒绝。整个处理简直就跟无赖小商贩一样,让人完全无法接受。

At the same time, we were sorry for not meeting all your expectations. I'm sad to know that we were not able to fix the air conditioner in your room. While not the best option, I understand that we tried to go around the issue by bringing you a portable heater, correct? Since we were fully booked, it would not be possible to change you to a room in the same category than your upgrade. so you would have to go to the type that was originally reserved. Please know that I talked to our supervisor and we will make sure that everything is working perfectly before giving out the room. I also apologize for the waiting. As I stated before, we were fully booked and, unfortunately, that impacted our cleaning schedule. We are thinking of ways of guaranteeing that this does not happen again.   I'm not sure if anyone contacted you yet, but the information that you asked to speak to one of our managers was not received. 我们和隔壁房间各自躺床上聊天,你敢想象?设施陈旧,隔音奇差,在国内2-300人民币的房间应该也比他好。
