Staff were incredible, from the valet to bell boys to front desk, to room service. Would definitely stay again in Sao Paulo! Food was also surprisingly good! My girlfriend speaks portuguese so was able to converse easily but it was also fine for me with only English.

Perfect! I dont have words to describe... Everything was perfect. Fernanda made all to make sure that I was happy. When I got to the room there were pictures, cheese bread and a beautiful message for me. I felt very loved and happy. Thank you Fernanda for so much affection!
