Very modest hotel, and partly very old furnishings. Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Also, the restaurant staff don’t speak any English at all. The windows have no sound-proofing to block out the heavy traffic in front of the hotel. Great location and the room size is generous.

Everything great, but the Internet is unacceptable in 2025. Impossible to work or study.

The facilities are par for the course for a Mercure, clean and fine. Unfortunately the Internet is terrible. It isn't even possible to load up your email inbox most of the time, let alone get work done, order take-out, etc. I could not work or study simply because pages would not fully load. As I type, I am using my hotspot, which is just unacceptable in 2025. As a result, I just booked my 4 remaining nights in São Paulo at another hotel, otherwise I would have stayed. It's a real shame, because everything else was fine, but it just isn't good enough to charge this kind of rate and not have working internet.

Well located, close to Congonhas airport. Great floor plan, with the bedroom separated from a small living room/kitchen, making for a quieter environment. Confortable bed, good decor. I love the ketlle and bag of tea/cofee in a room, it is a small gesture that makes for a great impression. I only stayed one night for a business meeting and I'm sure to stay in this hotel again.

Working near to Mercure, I usually have breakfast in this restaurant (Familia Castro). The service is very good and every thing you order is delivered very fast and with good quality.A special thx to Fernando, Ricardo and Ailton.

The stay was great. great service all clean and nice. good breakfast and pool. We payed with another card for the stay but the deposit was charged. I still struggeling to get it cancelled. i hope they cancel it soon.
