Fantastic Service

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel this holiday. The people on the desk in reception have been outstanding, helping us with booking flights and other things. Also William in the restaurant looked after us superbly when we have eaten there in the evenings. The hotel is centrally located, not far from the main bus terminal, plenty of local buses stop nearby and the fare for a taxi to the historic centre costs around 40 reals. The restaurant is very pleasant and has an extensive menu and wine list. Breakfast offers everything you need with fresh omelettes being cooked to order - very good. There is a nice outdoor pool and a fitness centre. The rooms are very pleasant. My only criticism is that in the bathrooms in both rooms where we have stayed there has been unpleasant mould on the bottom surround of the showers.

Service here is slow and well below standard for this group here in Brazil. Problem with the AC in the room various calls, spoke to front desk, never get a proper response or solution. Front desk is extremely slow to respond and seems as they don't really care, lacking professionalism. Ordered ice cream at the pool, restaurant downstairs was empty but still took them 50mins to deliver, and we had to call 2 more times after order in person. The Sotero hotel in the same area is a MUCH better property. I will NEVER stay here again.

Excelent hotel very close to BR324, Airport and Salvador Mall. You easily access the major Salvador sightseeing points by car or Uber. The breakfast is good with several options. The hotel offers a great fitness center and the pool is excelent.

Hotel without water

Even without water to wash your hands, brush your teeth or take a shower the hotel charged like the entire service was provided. It was requested that it should not be charged because of the lack of service, but the recepcionist said that it should be charged anyway
