Exceptional stay

Great hotel with some fine amenities. Reception team was always helpful to assist especially Kaushik and akhil. Rooms are very spacious and Breakfast was top notch. Library was one of the favorite place in hotel. Will be definitely visiting soon again.

I had an extremely comfortable stay at the Grand Mercure hotel, its conveniently located next to Gopalan Mall. The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. My stay was 2 weeks + and I absolutely enjoyed it. Their gym is good, the restaurant serves nice buffet, they got ample of spaces outdoor/indoor to sit and relax. Infact the library is quite huge where once I can peacefully read or study. I couldn't use the swimming pool, it's bit too small but none the less I didn't have much time either. Lastly, entire staff is very courteous and friendly. Thank you

I really liked the spa experience. The masseuse was wonderful. She was professional and very skilled in giving my deep tissue massage. Overall the facility is clean, relaxing, and worth the price were very professional. I liked how they asked which part of body they should more focus on and liked how they are patient with us bei tong adjusted to the process. The hot showers were nice. And overall a really relaxing massage session in our busy lives.

It was worth to visit at Tattva spa. I feel like my hold body got heal. I was having a pain in my left leg for the past few weeks and then some of my friends suggested me to visit over there, but was still feels like it will be the same as others spa....and now I got to know that it is totally different from any spa they are very professional and hard working, so kind to me(customer) ... it's was very comfortable to have a conversation with receptionist as well the healer. I would surely like to bring all my family's and friends here to try a luxury spa And also I like the hotel aroma small, the hotel receptionist were so perfect to make coustomer comfortable. I surely recommended...💕

One thing that always stands out at grand mercure is the hospitality. The staff is just awesome. Dear Hamshak was very friendly and helpful addressing our requests during breakfast hours. Spread was the best as always…….. Good Job!!!👍🏼
