Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price

I recently stayed at Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and was extremely disappointed. The rooms are tiny, and the bathroom is barely bigger than an aircraft washroom. Given the price, it is absolutely not worth it. You can easily find better options at the same cost.

At ibis, the product is standardized across the globe and the hotels have been able to offer a world class experience at an extremely attractive price due to the complete offering At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. In regards to the size of the room, this is the standard Ibis room size globally. Should your requirement be of bigger room size, I would recommend Novotel which shares the same complex and I am sure this will cater to all your expectations. I was welcomed with a heartwarming smile by the reception staff. From the beginning of my stay till my check out the service was really heart warming. Food was as usually good and healthy with lots of variety to choose from. Prajwal Sachin took special care of my preference

The experience was really good with Ibis the food and service were exemplary It's always good to travel here and have a really great environment..rooms were cozy and clean great job by housekeeping staff here... starting from checkin to checkout everything was great

Very net and clean. Hospitality is very good. Retro is well maintained. Very hygienic. Staffs are very approachable. Gym is also good. Location in a very good. Family, friends, solo all are equally welcomed and facilities are very good.Thank You.

Amazing stay at IBIS for over a month

The stay was amazing. The staff is courteous and professional and takes care of all your needs. I have stayed here for over a month and have not faced any difficulties. I had enjoyed evening swimming and gym sessions and the restaurant is also amazing though.
