room was okay but too small. even no place to keep your belonging. Also very limited light available in room and also no amenities like tooth brush, shaving kit and other detail. it was average stay in ibis

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. completely understand your point about the Room size and availability of certain amenities; however, I must assure you that the only reason this is done so as to give the most value for money to our guests in terms of room rates where anything extra could be bought at a very nominal rate. This practice is totally in sync with the International Brand Standards of Ibis Hotels Worldwide. Thankfully, this trend is very well accepted all across the globe and has got good reviews in India as well. Thank you once again for your valuable time. Enthusiastic front desk, but housekeeping is slack

Nice, enthusiastic front desk. However, housekeeping did not provide 2 towels/soaps for a room. double occupancy. The liquid soap in the bathroom was not filled despite repeated reminders. Good restaurant and room service.

IBIS Hosur Road is well located business hotel with the standard IBIS features and amenities. The rooms are cosy and comfortable for a good night sleep after a long day of work. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers.

I must say that the levels of service at the hotel were far better than what I had anticipated. Housekeeping standards were superb and well attended. Service at the restaurant was excellent, the breakfast layout could be improved. Over all it was an excellent stay.

Bad service and very low quality

I had always felt the quality worse.. this time I booked online on thier website for king size bed and at night while sleeping I found they had put two single Cott and mattress joined and fooled me.. I slept with very difficulty at night.. It shows how IBIS FOOL THIER CUSTOMER.. Taste of tea and coffee are pathetic..

Hi Iltafhassan..With your remarks it clearly evident that you felt cheated and rightly so as my team didn't inform you that they were allotting you a Twin Bed room as the King size bed was not available. I was being informed that next day after you showing your dis-concerns on the same and denying to shift the room as well, my team did placed the King size mattress as last option to make your stay comfortable. Excellent and comfortable stay. Nice and friendly staff. Restaurant food was tasty and verity. All amenities were available and in good condition. Prefer to get a hard mattress, which was not available. It's a 2nd visit and willing to stay here more frequently.

Rooms needs to be cleaned little early in day say between 1100-1200 hrs in day. Need to have a better & cleaner bathrobes. Food menu needs to be bit longer very limited choice in Indian food & needs to add more beer options

I have stayed in Ibis for Delhi, Bangalore city center, Oman and Muscat and have never faced such a terrible behavior. Firstly there was no utilities like shampoo, shaving set or anything of that sort except soap. At the time of check out, when inquired about it, the receptionist told we should have informed earlier if we needed something. I still don't know when these things became and option. The receptionist was giving cold shoulders from the beginning. To make things worse the elevator stink of insect repellent.

酒店内部装修很好,很新但是没有任何异味。前台服务热情周到。 酒店周边正在修路,外部环境不太好,可能以后路修好了会好吧。 早餐还不错,食物种类有些少,希望多增加素菜水果各类,各种民族普适的。

Ibis on Hosur road has been our frequent stop-over while traveling from Kozhikode to Hyderabad for the last 2-3 years. The stay has always been a refreshing one for me and my family (wife and 2 daughters aged 5 & 7). The location of the hotel also makes it ideal for our trip, as it comes along the way.

There was a lot of confusion at the time of check-in despite prior booking. The room did not have an in room dining menu-we had to go to the restaurant despite it being late night. White bread served for breakfast was hard and stale.

Stay and service is really good, but the food variety is not worth the amount we pay for. I have taken coupons for buffet dinner but I found very less choice for non veg. And they were not that tasty, just average, really not worth I paid for!

unhygienic pillow

Please send an email id to send the pictures of the unhygienic pillow. I reached IBIS by 9 PM. Was tired after a long drive. Before hitting bed I checked the pillow and found that only the cover is white. Inside the cover I found a unhygienic pillow and reported to the front office. The duty manager came to my room and took the pic of the unhygienic pillow and asked house keeping dept to replace the pillow. Unfortunately , It took thirty minutes find a better one. Because they did not have any better one at store to replace. The second thing is about buffet. They offer less options at buffet and most of the food items are recycled or with poor quality. some of the staff and chef are behaving like they are offering free meal to the guests. The time taken for check-in and out also long.

very nice ambiance and service, i would love to come again to ibis, even the breakfast was very tasty and nice presentation, i would be interested to know what all rooms are there in premium segment as i would prefer those if good in future.

Staff is nice and rooms are in the expected standart from Ibis. Cleaness and quietness of the room is well appreciated from a 3 stars hotel in India. Bar and restaurant could be more cosy (mocktail tasted very good). Food could also be more international, the indian counter was very good.

Was good but now bad

I am a regular stayer at Ibis Bengaluru. But this time, My experience was utter bad... The management before was good... I know few good managers like Bala, Ashok and few good receptionist like Ramya, Parijat, etc... But all resigned now and many new members who are really careless about visitors... Bathrooms not clean. AC not proper... Worst part is that I was made to wait for 2 hours just to get water bottles.. Called 8 times to room service and 5 times to reception.... Finally went directly to reception to get water... When i went there, all busy with their mobile phones (chatting, facebook, etc)... I felt very bad... I don't recommend this hotel to anybody furthermore... No blame on accor hotel group but the full blame goes to ibis bengaluru new staff members..

This was not the first time I stayed at ibis on Hosur Road, Bangalore, but it is definitely going to be the last. My parked two wheeler parked in their parking lot was pushed over and was damaged and the staff were supposed to get back to me in an hour after having a look at the cameras in the parking lot. Its been a week and a half and there is still no sign of them. I'm disgusted by the kind of response I received. Have seen better service from 2-start hotel staff. Expected more from this place.

Convenient, Comfortable, Reliable, Friendly

This is a business hotel with comfortable rooms and delicious food. We regularly ate the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffets and the food was probably the best I had in any Ibis Hotel in India. The staff were very friendly in the reception as well as the restaurant and housekeeping. I had a swollen foot due to an infection and the reception staff and duty manager directed me to the nearest hospital. The hospital is 150 meters away but it was night and I was unable to walk and so they kindly provided the hotel's car free of charge. Thank you especially to Chetan but also to the girls and guys, (who I forgot their name at the front desk), and Ankur Gupta for your help on that night.
