It was great experience. The room was great, spacious, nice view. Excellent staff. Especially the room Service- 24*7 The cleaning department - House keeping boy Venkat was very through with the cleaning and very accommodating to my needs.

We recently hosted a party at the Grand Mercure in Bangalore (Koramangala), and the experience was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Chef Vilas and his team. The hotel is located at the heart of banglore city. The restaurant the verandah service lavish buffet and multi speciality food. Server and chef are always welcoming and at your service. This time I had tried the dinner buffet was yummy and stomach filiing. Next time we wil visit again and thank you resturant team for the proactive service.

We had ordered Conti food green goddess chicken it was so tasty and delicious and the beer was served chilled which I always look for. Nice and cozy amibence good food and good service. I will visit with my family next time surely. Thank you for lovely food and drinks.

The verandah restaurant is located heart of Koramangala. Nice and cozy. The food we order asain by chef sarang was very yummy and decilous. Mocktails was upto the taste bud. I will do visit again to taste chef sarang choice food. Thank you chef to be at our service. Service at the the restaurant is proactive at all the time whatever we ordered.
