Yes it’s correct what my title says. It’s from one of the good properties of All Accor in Bangalore. But the staff is super slow and dumb. Except Ms. Richa at front desk rest of all the staff members are super slow and dumb. They don’t know how to do billing at the restaurant and they don’t know the procedure of billing the All Accor member. Then next morning I found that toiletries kept aren’t proper so asked to bring new toiletries and guess what it took them more than half an hour with 6 reminders. And even after 6 reminders I din get what I asked for. Resulting I skipped my breakfast as I was getting late for airport. My advice is to work on good and on time service rather than saying sorry.

Location is not ideal. Staff is not warm and proactive in making guest comfortable. Basic Toiletries have to be asked for. Terrific is way beyond the hotel standard, services and amenities. Its more of average service apartment then a reasonably good hotel.

Hotel was in heart of the city. Fully sanitised. Staff members were helpful. I stated for one night. Food was good and reasonably priced. Kitchen is pile of you are travelling with family. Balcony was also there.

From the speedy check-in, to the well-appointed room, to the delicious buffet breakfast - outstanding service is the hallmark of this hotel. This was my 17 stay and as always, everything was perfect! The rooms are maintained in spotless condition, the reception desk and restaurant staff are super-attentive, the screening of visitors and luggage makes it a safe place to stay, the tree-lined residential neighborhood provides an elegant, quiet home away from home! Truly value for money!

Of my 17 stays at this hotel, this was one of the best! Every need was anticipated, every request was promptly granted, extras were thrown in... service with a smile, going the extra mile! Sanjur quickly learned how I liked my room to be maintained, and accommodated my requests to perfection! Restaurant staff are very attentive, prompt; food was excellent. The senior management went above and beyond the call of duty. The entire team including Sanjur, William, Jishu, Neha, Sakshi, Mimi, Nitish, Jagdish, Mohnish and Brijesh Kurien worked in harmony to provide a wonderful experience! I will be back in December to my "home away from home"! Thank you Grand Mercure, Bangalore!

Poorly Maintained Property

The service from this hotel was fine but the property itself was poorly maintained. I found legit over crumbs on the sofa. Elevators and shower didn’t work properly. I also took a hotel car to the airport but I got a driver from hell (driving dangerously and honking all the way). Look elsewhere for a hotel

THe room was big and we booked 1 bedroom suit fit for 3 people but facility was set for 2 only we are Accor member but couldn’t get room upgrade they said was fully book but we check only there were available to make a new booking for all room type.. hotel location is a bit far from city and traffic was very crazy to traveling you better have phone number to using an app for taxi. I also understand that the team offered you an upgrade to our two bedroom suite for the second night of your stay, which was declined as you were checking out the following morning. With our relatively small room inventory of two bedroom suite, we are sometimes unable to extend an upgrade facility prior to arrival on a high demand day, due to business volumes and arrival and departure patterns. I assure you that we always do our best to minimize any inconvenience such situations may cause to our guests. I apologize for not being able to meet your expectations in this regard, but hope that I have been able to suitably explain our constraints so that you can appreciate the reasons for our Front Desk team's decision. From the moment I arrived to moment I left the team couldn’t do enough to make sure my stay was good. Special mention for Utsab and Sai in 12th Main Resturant for exceptional service. The hotel offers 2 restaurants, a pool and gym facilities which is everything you need for a long haul trip. Looking forward to returning already!

We stayed as a family of 3 adults and one child for 1 night on our way to Chikmagaluru.All the rooms are suite rooms with large spacious living area with a kitchenette. The food is good with plenty of choices. Staffs at the reception and restaurants are well behaved .Overall had a good experience.

This hotel should never be in Accor it can't live up to the service the quality and the treatment of a platinum member, they give different advice and my card couldn't get discount even the one I gave it too say I could, this is not ok
