I stayed at this hotel last year for a month and had the best time. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This time, I have once again enjoyed my stay at this hotel and one particular member of the housekeeping team: Venkat, was very attentive when it came to cleaning my room each day and was friendly.

Room was clean and large could have been better if minibar had some stuff .. breakfast spread was ok expected more dishes / varieties . Nestled among posh residential bungalow Location is the main plus point looks like the only 5 star in Koromangala area from outside overall a pleasant experience

I loved every moment of my stay at the Grand Mercure Bangalore. I stayed here for three weeks on business. My room was very comfortable and the whole staff was amazing, especially Zoi and the Verandah dining team and Venkat and the housekeeping team. I enjoyed seeing Venkat's smiling face in the morning, making sure I had everything I needed, and Zoi always had my cappuccino ready for me when I came down for breakfast. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole Grand Mercure Bangalore staff!

December 2024 Great dinner! Good Service too! Sujal was a very good waiter. Food tasted good, complementary breakfast is served every day and is also tasty. Outdoor patio is quite nice, and the people’s lager from Goa tastes pretty good. Took a while for the food to come out but once it did, it was great!
