The entire staff made stay very pleasant and memorable, especially Tik , Anya, Gong, and Nuna, they were super helpful and efficient. Location is very convenient, 7 11 at entrance and beachfront just only 2 minutes. Room size is ok but balcony is advantage, you can see beach and city from room. Water park at first floor is nice and clean, pool on level 5 also good view. It’s wonderful hotel.

Overall excellent 👌 Front reception Ploy was very quick to check us in . Housekeeping needs improvement the room was not cleaned twice even on request in four days stay. Great location. Recommended. Location was top . Room size was little Okay but still nice .

Nice, central and not expensive hotel. Great especially for kids- waterfall, place ground and Water slides. The breakfast could be better, but for the rate it was really fair. We would like say Thank You to Mr Mike from the reception for very nice room with the ocean view.

We never imagine that the best water themed park we got to experience much more staying in a hotel is located right here in Pattaya - Mercure Ocean Resort. We booked this hotel to have an overnight stay in Pattaya with my nephew. There’s plenty of choices in town but some are quite expensive. Luckily, we found in Agoda a good deal for Mercure Resort at just 99 SGD, a Superior King Room with Balcony and breakfast for 3 people. The room is really spacious at 26 sqm with Balcony, Huge Toilet/Shower and a King Bed - perfect for a relaxing overnight stay in Pattaya with an added bonus of a Water Park right at the lobby area. A 4 star hotel located by the beach and walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping mall and Walking Street Pattaya which is right at the heart of Pattaya city. Not only it has a water park, it also has an elegant Turquoise Blue pool at 5F by the hotel’s Molten restaurant, a Kids’ club, Gym, Wall climbing, Basketball court, a Bar, Garden, Events rooms to name a few. There is a big 7 eleven just across the hotel as well and very close to the beach which we just walked. My nephew approved this hotel especially its wonderful and kid friendly water park which we both enjoyed at a very afforable price per night!! The hotel main lobby is located inside a complex beside Holiday Inn and have both back Pattaya city/front Pattaya beach entrances and have a parking lot. In the compound there is a 7 eleven which we loved so you won’t have to go out of the main road. The lobby is super huge, modern, spacious and aesthetic. You feel cozy and modern vibes specially with those sleek, big, colorful chess pieces and modern lounge chairs/lamps. Check-in was fast and smooth and they have 2 entrance in this wide lobby - from the right side where you go from outside and unto the left towards the Water Park. Lifts are located on the right side and check-in was fast and smooth and we were booked at 15F. I loved the each floor they have big Chess pieces by lift. Our hotel room has a King bed, study table, lounge chair and balcony. It was a White and Ochre toned room with white tiled flooring and different shades of White/Grey on the wall. Upon entering, toilet is on the right side and they have bidet which is a plus. The sink is lit with modern lamps on both side of the mirror and there is a round magnifying mirror on the left side which I really loved the concept. Toiletries are super relaxing and have nice aromatherapy smell and they provide full containers of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. There is no complimentary toothbrush but they do have Glasses for mouthwash and clean complete set of towels provided. Water heating and pressure is easy to use and strong. There is a glass divider between the toilet and shower and surprisingly a glass wall separates the toilet from the King bed, however, you could close the curtains for covering. Not sure the purpose of this but maybe for natural sunlight effect coming from outside the room. If our toilet have tub it would have been perfect. Wardrobe is located opposite side of the toilet and is huge with lots of compartments. They provide slippers, hangers, ironing board, hair dryer and safety box at this area. The wardrobe also has an automatic lights which turn off and off when you open/close it. They have a mini-bar beside the wardrobe which has complimentary Water Kettle/Cups/Coffee/Tea/Bottled water provided. There is a mini-fridge below them on a beautiful marble surface and a high wall mirror behind it. There is a Yellow baggage rack also located beside the mini-bar. Next is the big wall mounted Flat screen TV and they provide both local and cable channels placed inside a Light Gray wooden wall mounted compartment which I loved the aesthetics. Across the TV is the massive King Bed which can fit 3 people and has a clean, comfy, smooth mattress, a comfy, thick, silky blanket and perfectly clean/soft pillows which made our sleep perfectly sound and rested well. There are 2 bed lamps mounted on each side, a side table to the right side and a Grey lounge chair. They could have put another side table on the left side of the bed. Power outlets are located on the right side of the bed and I loved the huge painting of Sailors on top of the bed adding to the modern touch of the room. There is a blackout curtain by the Top to Bottom glass window and a study table with Table lamp and power outlets opposite the Grey lounge chair where my nephew loves to do his colourings. Then there is this amazing Balcony with a coffee table and chairs facing Pattaya city and I could visibly see Terminal21 shopping mall from our balcony - one of the best balconies we had in a hotel not to mention we got fantastic views of both daytime and night lights. I tried coffee during the morning here and it was indeed a relaxing and peaceful moment for me. Of course, this is one of the best spots to take your breathtaking photos and videos of Pattaya city. During the night, the lighting in the room are very warm and cozy. One of the great amenities provided by Mercure is their gym which I tried at night. Unlike other hotels, you could access the gym 24/7 using your room keycard but it is only manned until 10 PM. Located across Molten restaurant at hotel’s 5F and it was one of the best gyms I ever tried in a high end hotel. With its wood style vinyl flooring, modern and complete equipment, free towels and water, a TV, and fully airconditioned nothing could get better than this. I did enjoy my 1 hour workout trying the thread, elliptical and stationary bike. We booked our room with breakfast so we tried and enjoy their buffet spread of fruits, breads/pastries, warm meals of Western/Thai/Chinese, Cereals and Pancakes, Salad, Cold cut items and cheese, Eggs and Drinks (coffee/juices/tea/milk). It was held at Molten restaurant at the same floor where Gym and Lap pool are located. The modern aesthetics of the place especially those white and blue reverse Oval lamps, high ceiling, view of the Garden/Pool outside and Earthy/White tones of the dining tables/chairs and place gives it a relaxing and appealing vibes. My nephew and I tried most of the items like the Fried noodles, Rice, Pancakes, Sunny side up Eggs, Ham, Sausage, Pastries, Cheese, Cold cuts, Fruits and Orange juice/Coffee for our drinks - their all equally good and delicious!!! After a full hearty breakfast buffet we hit it off on their much anticipated Water Park. We were very lucky because their Water Park has been on maintenance for a weeks now until we checked-in which just had opened and very clean and impeccable. The Water Park has 3 different zones which offers different features and attractions. On the far end, there is the Playground where there is a small Yellow slide perfect for kids, a Water spray, Water Bucket, a cute Octopus Fountain and a Sand like wet pour flooring to make your kids and adults like us safe and sound. We enjoyed our stay at this zone especially for my nephew who tried the slide several times. As you walk to the other side, its the pool area with amenities as well. The water is not too deep perhaps around 3 feet or 1m which is perfect for kids and adults who could not swim. It has an area where you could play water volleyball and an island at the center where there is a chubby adorable Big Blue Whale where you could take your cute photos and videos. The pool water surrounds the islands until you reach the middle zone where the wall climbing, diving and a massive cascading waterfalls are located. There is a safety barricade to the left side of the pool where the Diving area is located and it is 9 feet deep. But not to worry there are 2 life guards manning the park all the time and their very attentive to each of the guests. I saw them calling a couple of guests getting near the Diving area. There is a tall/big slide as well which connects to the Diving area but we never tried it. I could see the Diving area is also quite popular even for kids who could swim. We also tried to play at the Water volleyball with other kids and we enjoyed it a lot. Another great thing about this park is their water which is very clean and it was indeed well maintained. There are lots of loungers surround the park across and they provide vibrant Orange towels. After more than an hour enjoying and having the best time of our lives at the park we call it a day in time for our checkout. My nephew loved it so much that this is the experience that will carve in our hearts and minds for lifetime and for sure we will back here again in Mercure Pattaya whenever we have a chance!!! As we walk back to our room, we saw a mini-Basketball/Football court on the right side of the Water Park and if we come back again we will definitely try them. Check-out was smooth and easy as well and indeed our time at the Water Park sealed the day why Mercure Pattaya is one of the best hotels we tried especially its Water Park which is really enjoyable and memorable. Staff are also very helpful and friendly to add up to my Excellent review!!! Keep up the Superb work Mercure Pattaya and hoping to see you again when we come back to Pattaya!!! Kapkunkap!!! :=)

Firstly we came to Pattaya for my husbands work, we would never choose this place as a holiday destination because quite frankly it’s awful. My son had a nasty accident the first day at this hotel the pool as the steps are lethal. No one has checked up on him and we had to ask them to report the accident in case we needed to see a doctor for our insurance. Really disappointing customer care. We chose the hotel so the kids would have the splash park to use, however the hotel is rubbish. The lobby was filthy when we arrived, the carpet was covered in food. The splash park is absolutely full, we have seen no lifeguard. It smells gross and the water is murky. The kids club, if you can call it that is a room with one man in who doesn’t speak English. There are a few broken toys and a tv. There is one ball that is to be split between the football and basketball areas. The room itself is fine, a little small with barely any storage, however it’s clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a bun fight, there are no tables after 7.30 and they only really cater for the predominantly Chinese tourists, who watch their phones on full blast and who fill their tables for photographs and waste copious amounts of food in a country where many go hungry, it’s rather disgusting to watch.
