Todo perfecto, excepto que las personas de recepción no sabian orientarte o guiarte si les preguntabas como ir a algun sitio (se ponian a Google, y eso ya lo sabemos hacer nosotros)

Buena ubicación y buena habitación y baño. Excesivo el precio del aparcamiento y absurdo el del desayuno

I do acknowledge, however, that there is still “room for improvement” in some category. Please be assured that these particular issues will be addressed and discussed within our local team and that we will try our best to improve in these areas even more. Regarding the cost for our breakfast buffet, I would like to explain that it is based on our high standards which include quality ingredients, fresh products, and a variety of food items - an offering that is appreciated and expected by a majority of our guests. I would like to ask you for understanding. Regarding the fees for our parking garage, I would like to let you know that they reflect the average cost for parking spots here in Munich, a city that can get costly at times.
